Jay at Rikan Roofing is awesome to work with and got our roof taken care of quickly. Him and his team did a great job and helped walk me through the process as a first time roof buyer by answering all my questions and being available and quick to respond. He even went above and beyond by walking around the house and picking up any trash/debris that was left behind and even went into the attic to give it all a double check.I would highly recommend him and his team. Jay from Rikan was recommended to me from a friend for roofing repair. We reached out to Jay and received a prompt response to schedule a visit to take a look at our patio roof since we noticed some water spots, which meant a possible leak. Jay did an inspection of our patio roof and also did additional assessment on the rest of our roof while up there. He provided a lot information about the possible issues we may be having with the patio roof. Also provided additional recommendations for the rest of our roof as it's almost due for some future maintenance. We also was looking to be proactive during the off season so ensure our roof doesnt sustain any major damage.We received a quote within 24 hours and agreed to the repairs. They also included the 2 yr warrenty. We scheduled our repair the following week. The team arrived early at 740am and got to work. They completed the repair in 3.5 hrs. Jay came by about 2 hrs later to review the completed work. Everything went smoothly and the transaction was completed. The whole process went without a problem. I always get anxious when it comes to any home repair or construction as its usually painful. Communication was great and so far looking good. I guess we'll find out after it rains again! I highly recommend Rikan and will be using them for our roofing maintenance. Husband has agreed to use them again to do the maintenance Jay had quoted us in the new year. Hi neighbors!Wanted to share some news we found out a few months back regarding our roof. We had a leak and had a roofing company come out and inspect our roof, long story short, we had hail damage on a good portion of it.Rikan roofing has been amazing through this whole process, they dealt with the insurance in regards to meeting them for the inspection and assisting throughout the whole process.They knocked out our roof last week in one day and when I say it was effortless it was EFFORTLESS! I was expecting some debris leftover from the job BUT is was spotless!The customer service was amazing from day 1.
