Thanks to several recommendations from several of our neighborhood residents, we worked with 47 Roofing and Construction on our recent master bathroom remodel. Since people regularly seek suggestions for remodeling companies, I wanted to share our experience and some pictures of the final product.The experience of working with them from the initial communication to every stage throughout the process was superb. We worked directly with James Pulliam, who’s the head of their remodeling department. James was extremely helpful and professional, especially in his consistent communication. He was on-site several days each week to check on the progress and speak with us. The craftsmen were also fantastic, with the same three gentleman working throughout the project. They were courteous, personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and highly skilled.

During a recent storm some of our shingles blew off. We called Justin Butler at 47 Roofing and Construction. He came out the day after we called, at the time he said he would, to look at the damage. Said he had a crew that could come out that afternoon to replace the shingles. He kept his word. The crew came when they said they would. We were given a fair price and are very happy with their work. It is nice to have a company do what they say and show up when they say they will be there. They did not try to upsell us. Did not say we need a new roof. I would definitely recommend 47 Roofing & Construction.

We had a wonderful experience with 47 roofing and construction for our master bath remodel. James and Omar were awesome at overseeing the whole job and helping us understand the step by step process. When they saw the panic on my face the first day, after discovering what comes with living in a construction zone, they jumped into problem solving mode immediately. They came up with a plan to keep my house as dust free as possible, even though it made their job harder. It did not slow them down at all though, as they far exceeded the timeline! I am so thankful, as are my two babies!James and Omar were awesome but the real stars were our daily on site workers, Rodrigo and his partner! Rodrigo was professional, friendly and such a hard worker. He checked in with us every step of the way to ensure everything was to our liking and as we expected it. Definitely check them out!

Matt coordinated the exterior & interior painting of my house during a renovation. Arturo and his crew did an excellent job both inside and out.
