Leon walked the roof with the insurance adjuster to ensure complete alignment on the work required. The estimate was fair and competitive. Lauren guided me through the process, giving me confidence that I would be dealing with people who have extensive knowledge of the roofing industry. I was later introduced to Vanessa once the paperwork review was completed.Vanessa not only coordinated the job, but she also served as my primary point of contact, and she was very responsive and accommodating with my schedule for reviewing shingles samples and the overall job schedule. Vanessa is a great asset to Leon and GBR, as she is also knowledgeable about the replacement process of residential roofs and is able to provide excellent guidance and support during what can be a stressful and time-consuming process.I was home throughout the entire job and checked on progress several times a day and I was always impressed by their work rate, focus on the job, and overall professionalism. The job was completed in a period of ~3 days; the crew cleaned the job site completely, and GBR without hesitation quickly replaced items that were damage during the process, which is inevitable in construction. We are delighted we chose GBR to replace our roof and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof installation.

Everyone in my neighborhood was hit with a severe hailstorm in February of 2022. Roof, gutters and garage door needed to be replaced. GBR worked with me to get a quality roof andhired subcontractors who also completed their jobs professionally.Leon came out right away after the storm and protected against moisture getting into the house due to damage.Felt comfortable hiring GBR to get the job done and their help through the process!

GBR did a great job on our roof. It looks really nice, and GBR completed the job in one day. We interviewed and checked out different roofing companies, but decided on GBR because what they stood for, and Leon did a great job explaining the process. His crew not only did a great job on the roof, but made sure everything on the ground was cleaned up. We highly recommend this company.

Leon and GBR are really great to work with. We needed our roof replaced for storm damage prior to selling our home and I was so worried about finding a good roofer, but GBR was great at communicating throughout the whole process - even texted pictures of the work throughout the day so I could see the progress. They worked with our insurance and got us on the schedule promptly so the work could be done before closing. They did a great job on the roof and I happily recommend them (and will use them again on our new house if we need it).

After personally guaranteeing me that he, as the owner was going to stay in touch with me and keep me updated, not only did Leon refuse to return a single call, but then went so far as to leave this voicemail threatening a lean against us for a check they had already received but not credited to us. I was sure to stay in touch with the person who acted as my GB representative and keep them updated on all communications from our insurance company. I called and finally got Leon on the phone and he acknowledged immediately upon getting my name that it was an issue on their end, but rather than apologizing, he slandered the insurance adjuster and anyone else he could pass the buck to. Terrible ownership and management!!
