We are so pleased with our experience with Roanoke Roofing TX. Our roof was in very bad shape from hail damage and our insurance provider still denied our claim. Joey and his team at Roanoke Roofing TX were able to protest the denial and get our roof replacement approved. Joey is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He walked us through every step. We have 40 solar panels, and this was the most stressful part of the whole roofing project for us. When the solar crew confirmed the removal date Joey scheduled our install for the very next day.Install day was the most impressive aspect of the whole process. The installers arrived early and got right to work. They covered our pool with tarps and covered up all of our landscaping and AC unit. Their attention to detail and pride they took in their craftsmanship was outstanding. They removed the old 3 tab shingle and paper felt roof all the way down to the decking. All damaged wood was replaced. They installed the new roofing system using all GAF products including architectural, starter, ridge shingles with synthetic felt and valley underlayment called ice and water.We have a pretty good sized roof that is 45 squares. This crew took off the old shingles, 2 layers of felt, replaced rotted wood decking installed a new roof and all vents all by 3:30! These guys then proceeded to clean up so thoroughly that you couldn’t even tell they were there by 4:30. We are so happy that we decided to go with Joey and his guys at Roanoke Roofing TX! Roanoke Roofing did a great job replacing our roof! They found a huge hole from the builder that had been causing leaks for years and helped us with insurance paperwork.
