Mason went above and beyond for us.  He was a referral from my insurance agent.  Our roofer went out of business in between 2021 and they did not provide us documents, that we now need to get new insurance.  Mason came out to our home, surveyed the home and provided what was needed for us to accomplish our goal.  He did not need to help us, as its not time to replace this roof, but I know this families business is his when the time comes, as he went well out of his way to help a family in need.   His professionalism is outstanding!

Mason was very professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish on our fence project. My neighbor and I each needed a new gate and our shared fence replaced. Mason helped us understand the fence permitting process so we could get the project started. Once the permit was acquired, his crew removed our old fence, brought in the new materials, built the fence and two gates, and cleaned everything up in under two days all for a very reasonable price. My neighbor and I both love the new fence and our gates! It was a great pleasure to meet and work with Mason, and I would highly recommend him and his team! As a result of hail damage, Kalu Roofing completed an entire roof replacement. His company, provided protection for all the landscaping and air conditioning equipment plus they covered the pool as protection from shingle debris. Kalu did my roof back in May or June and it looks great, was done in 1/2 a day and the crews were able to do my gutters and fix my satellite dish and stain the fence. The insurance company wasn’t going to cover at first but kalu helped get another inspection to get them to cover. 10/10 recommend, I worked with Mason the whole time and he helped me understand the entire process from start to finish.

I'm going to say the obvious--Replacing a roof is never enjoyable; however, Mason from KaLu Roofing made it virtually as pain free as possible. He is the real deal. He dealt with our insurance company on our behalf and got us the best possible price as far as deductibles and all that really "fun" stuff. His crew was outstanding and finished the whole roof in one day and left our outside area spotless. This is the second time I've had to replace this roof due to hail damage and the first company, years ago, made me swear off roofers but I'm serious when i say that you will NOT regret your experience with KaLu. I had many Roof companies call me and show up at my door trying to rebuild my roof. I didn’t think I had damage and I had a bad experience with the last company who showed up at my door un-invited. My insurance company recommend KALU for a roof inspection. They came out to inspect my roof and worked with my insurance adjusters. They said they would be at my house to start at 6 am and they were there at 6 am. Crew worked well and fast. There was a unknown hole in my roof from when my Satellite dish had been installed years ago. They repaired it for no extra cost for me. The last company who replaced my roof 7 years ago, charged me extra for a similar repair.
