The sales department are wonderful. The parts department is wonderful. They will both call you back if needed. The service center, I never get a call back. If I didn't know someone working there I would never know what was happing with my vehicle. I never get a notification of what they did with my oil change.

Promptly greeted and taken care of in the shop by April. Most places I've been don't get in any hurry for vehicle inspection because it's not their main business.Just had my oil change done here and very reasonable and they did not try to sell me a bunch of extra things like the quick change places always do.

Kagan at Ivey motors was a great help. He helped me order my F-350. I switched my mind more than twice and he was very patient with me. I’m actually from El Paso but local dealerships didn’t have the service I was looking for. Kagan answered all my questions and also helped me get a CM Utility bed installed. My car broke down in Robert lee Texas, I had a clutch issue and was unsure if I was going to be able to finish my trip. But luckily for me Ivey Motors was right across from where I broke down. They identified the issue, then ordered the parts and had it fixed and ready to go the next morning. They were very kind, good people, treated me with respect and gave me a good price for the labor and parts. Absolutely outstanding.

The best experience myself or my wife ever had with a dealership/purchasing a new vehicle. Very pleasant. Very easy to work with. Extremely hassle-free. Might have taken not even 15 minutes to complete any paperwork when I picked up my vehicle. Took in my 2021 f150 I needed to get it serviced ASAP. Called several dealers within a 100 mile radius of my home. Every one was booked until after Christmas. Once I called Ivey motors I explained it was my only vehicle. And the family vehicle. They scheduled an appointment the following day. After a day of service I returned to the dealer picked up my truck and was On my way! Thank you Ivey Motors! 110% recommend!

Fantastic customer service from the first phone call to make an appointment for service work. When we walked it we were immediately welcomed and offered water or coffee. Mandy took it from there and handled every concern we had and addressed them. The communication was excellent! They did my oil change and put on new wiper blades and fixed two recall issues while they diagnosed a couple of warranty issues. The parts are ordered and I feel very comfortable and confident that those is will be handled in a professional manner! We have an option of going to a larger dealership locally but because of the great service we received at Ivey Motors we will always go back to them!

I found the exact truck I wanted when looking on their site. Kagan immediately reached out to me. Then we got the ball rolling. All by phone. Then I showed up on a Friday just a few days after he got in contact with me. Was in the office for maybe an hour max… traded in my car and drove away in my truck.
