Receptionist is very rude! I’ve bought a couple projects at this location, and both times the receptionist has been rude! Her name is Rachel. Last week I called needing a couple pieces to match my roof, I asked for Jessica, her voicemail picked up, so I thought I’d talk to any salesperson since it was just a couple pieces, I guess they have caller ID, because Rachel just picked up and said hold on and put me on hold, again Jessica’s voicemail picked up, so I call again and Rachel answers all rude, I ask her to speak to a salesperson, she responds “well you called asking for Jessica” , I respond yes but now I just want to speak to any salesperson, and she asks me “is this an emergency?” And I say if it was an emergency I’d be calling 911 why would I call Muellers? I tell her she’s so rude and hang up. Then Jessica calls me, and first thing she asks me”Is this an emergency?” , I laugh and tell her why would I be calling muellers if I had an emergency! They were being rude and sarcastic! I’ll never buy anything there again!!

Mueller, Inc. is my go to for all metal roofing supplies, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Justin Myers has been my sales representative and has helped with ordering supplies and taking time to educate me on what materials are needed from start to finish. He definitely goes above and beyond, thank you Justin!

Our salesman is great the reps here in Robstown branch are great. My only complaint is that the sales reps get a lot of hassle cause parts or pieces aren’t displayed in the system correctly or aren’t communicated with properly about their parts not making it in or can’t get it with in time.

Told the guy exactly what we wanted and the guy said he was for sure we will get what we order when we got the order it was not the right item ask for exchange wouldn’t do it. We were planning to order all the metal roofing from them to build our house but change our mind after what we had to encounter with their customers service reps.

Worst service ever!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. They built a custom carport for me and it was wrong. They would not fix it basically telling me IM SOL I spend 8,000 dollars on a carport I cant even use STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible service 👎🏻 was forced to use doors built out of spec. by 1foot. Attempted to discuss it with the sales person but was countered with "yea ok" then they hung up.
