We had some hail damage on the roof. Jeff and Greg from Dryman Construction basically took care of the whole process, even meeting with the insurance folks. Greg made it real easy for us to do our part when it came to dealing with our insurance company. Then Greg set a date to repair the roof. When I left the house that morning at 6:30am, the truck full of shingles was already there. By the time I got home, we had a whole new roof! They did a wonderful job! I'd highly recommend them.

Right before Christmas 2023 I got an alert from the alarm of a water sensor going off. I got home 20 minutes later and had water running and it was halfway to flowing out of the garage. I got ahold of the Dryman and group and within an hour they had team members arriving. They moved fast efficient and began the mitigation process immediately. Wade was our mitigation specialist. He kept us informed throughout the process. Came by regularly to take readings and adjust equipment as necessary. We are also going to use their restoration side as we work through this insurance claim.

As I watched my condo flood from a neighbors broken pipe, my family began alphabetically calling every restoration company in the book as we frantically worked to salvage what we could at the same time. Typical response was “we’ll put you on the list and someone will call you in 24 hours”. After 10 minutes of calls, Dryman was the first to say “We’ll be there.” When asked how long would be my wait..”less than 10 minutes”… and they were right! Wade and his team arrived and like true professionals, jumped into action! The team lead Jeff came and helped explain all the processes of dealing with multiple insurances, the drying phases, the repair phases and everything I should do and what to expect. While no ever wants to have an experience that displaces you from your home, ruins your property, and leaves you uncertain…it’s best to get truly experienced and knowledgable professional's who will help you thru all of it, from mitigation to restoration. Please beware of Dryman as I hired them for a kitchen remodel. Their subcontractors were terrible craftsmen. The kitchen cabinets were made with legs like tables, which are a tripping hazard and lack sufficient toe-kick area. The cabinets are an incorrect size, so they installed flat trim wood to cover the gaps. The stain finish is poor and uneven on the cabinets. The project had many reworks including countertops, flooring, plumbing, and electrical. The reworks from inferior subcontractors were causing more damage than good to the kitchen. At one point I requested the owner to come look at this job, but he refused my request. I paid for all the acceptable work. I was sued by Dryman in small claims court, including work not performed and materials not used. I did not receive notification of court date, therefore, the court issued a “default judgment” in favor of Dryman. What a nightmare to deal with now at 87 years of age.Services: Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, Remodeling, Building construction
