If you are considering using Beinert, do not hesitate. Recently our house was damaged severely by Hurricane Ida. The best thing that happened to us was meeting Beinert. They have been the most professional, on time, kind, understanding contractor we have ever worked with in New Orleans, and we have worked with many over the years. Their professionalism is what really stands out. They go above and beyond, and have helped us not only tarp and replace our roof, but they have acted as our advisor on the insurance claim and helped ‘contract’ us through that. After Hurricane Laura we struggled with a previous contractor that was solely trying to rip-off the insurance company. This had gone on for months and months. We contacted Peter with Beinert and he shows up the same day. Within a week we had the damaged roof repaired and a new roof. Then they moved onto the restoration of the interior. We needed a new roof after hurricane Nicholas moved through coastal Texas Sept 14, 2021. Mike the manager was Johnny on the spot and came out and gave us estimates, worked with our insurance and began the process after we looked at reviews and recommendations online. They did start the project in a timely fashion, pulling off the gutters and installed the new roof, with promised to have the gutters replaced the following week. Here it is the week of Christmas and our gutters are still laying in our driveway with one excuse after the other why the job could not be completed. I do not recommend this company-no response to late response to calls and texts and no completion of the job.Update to previous review:After discussing the situation with the manager, the gutters have been replaced to our satisfactionMike the manager did contact us and keep the lines of communication open during the completion. Beinert roofing os a scam. They have no insurance. They prey on the elderly and victims of natural disasters. They "repaired and remodeled" my 90 year old mothers home after harvey.. They took over $800000 of TWIA Funda from her and left the house a shambles. They charged her fro things they did not go and did not do things they were paid for. They operate out of an empty shed. Rent equipment as needed. And hide behind a corporate identity to avoid litigation.. evidently this is a pattern . Due to recent storms and heavy rains we had a roof leak. We contacted 3 different local roofing companies; Beinert was the first company that not only responded by email and by phone, but was at our home early the following morning. Scott got onto the roof, inspected and applied sealant to the area that was leaking. Within a few days they came out and replaced our roof which took them 2 days for the entire job. It looks exceptionally beautiful. We decided on the charcoal (black) roof which contrasts nicely with our red brick home. They cleaned up the trash and debris and all were very professional. This company also provides financing for those that do not have full funds and/or full insurance coverage. The office secretary Cassandra is very helpful and kind. This was a nice and easy experience for a stressful event.

The folks down at Beinert Roofing & Restoration are one of the most professional and helpful contractors I have ever hired. I had a lot of questions and concerns being that this was the first time I had ever made a windstorm insurance claim. These guys were able to walk me through the entire process and ensure I was able to get a new roof on my house. They are willing to fight for you and go toe to toe with your insurance company! They were able to put a beautiful brand new roof on my house in a timely and professional manner. They did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves as well. I couldn't be happier. August 2017 Hurricane Harvey came through our condo complex at Cape Velero in Rockport TX. The eye passed right over us and the high winds brought the Copano Bay right into our first floor condos.The condos were built in the 1980's and had a lot of damage but the foundation held fast.After removing all of our belongings onto the curb to be picked up by the garbage trucks we could see what was left of our beach town property.It came down to two contractors the HOA (my husband is president) chose from. The first contractor seemed very anxious to bid the property then hire lawyers, that he already had in mind, to sue anyone needed while repairing. I didn't know but he was just a little too anxious.The second contractor, Will Beinert, told us the work he was already doing in the next town at the high school and he did much more than roofing. He had a crew that could do the entire complex, which consisted of 16 condos in 4 buildings. He would be with us and has his project manager, Sean, to be there the entire time.Will seemed very confident, and sincere. He told of his career, his work ethic, and his family. Of each he was passionate. Myself, I wasn't too sure since we were vulnerable and there were a lot of fly by night contractors around taking advantage of people. The board saw Will's record, talked to him some more, and approved his doing the entire job. He was adamant about not leaving until the job was entirely finished.Believe it or not this man and his business are THE BEST that we could ever hope for. His integrity goes beyond anyone I have known. Many times, another would have wanted to walk away, but Will and his crew worked through ANY problem that came around. Whether it was a complaint from the city, county, state, workmanship of a sub-contractor, or individual condo owner He or Sean stayed in constant touch with my husband and others on the HOA as well as individual owners and completed the projectOther contractors were leaving large condominium complexes in our city high and dry but not Beinert Roofing & Restoration. As Will said he is with us to the completion.Unforeseen problems came up structurally and the job went on much longer than expected. Will did not move on. Sure our condos were not his only job but he and Sean were on site to completion.Thank you Will Beinert for doing exactly what you first told us you would do and staying with us till we could move back into our home. Very disappointed. The day I called to get quote I received a call back right away. The gentleman said he would go measure that day. I have yet to receive a call back. I have called daily this week. Receptionist is nice but I still am not getting a call back from the contractor. I understand roofing companies are busy with Harvey claims. Though when someone calls daily you should at least call them back especially when you said you were going out the day you originally spoke. Is it because I'm not using insurance?
