I chose Alpha roofing to replace my mom's roof. The crew had to job finished in one day and did a great job cleaning up. Fast forward to the first real deluge one year after the install and we noticed a leak around the chimney. I contacted Alpha roofing and they came out and caulked around the chimney. Fast forward another year to the real significant rain of this year and we have a more extensive leak. This is year two of a brand new roof. Another roofing company came to assess the situation and said that there was NO flashing put around the chimney. I've contacted Alpha roofing and the message was that I will be contacted over the next week. The week is almost over and I have not heard anything. I usually do not post reviews but for this is an unacceptable outcome for an elderly person's roof.

Peter & Ryan don't build roofs like other companies do. They recognize that by not cutting corners and including features that are not common in TX, they protect both their customer's interests, and their own reputation. My story: I'm an engineer with an eye for detail and a lot of questions. After a lot of due diligence, I contracted Alpha to replace my roof after the 2020 hailstorms. Following installation, I had a licensed inspector who is a retired, double degreed engineer, inspect the roof. All I can say is that he described the quality of the installation as "exceptional". Spin forward to 2023: we just got hit with the third worst hailstorm in Austin's history: baseball sized. The vast majority of my neighbors, all of whom had new roofs since 2020, are dealing with punctures and many have some water damage. We did not even lose a single shingle. Sure, we have some blistering, and our roof needs to be replaced, but not having to deal with all of the water damage is frankly priceless. To Peter, Ryan and all at Alpha; I know that this review is a long time coming, but we sincerely thank you for the quality of your work.

The salesman was dismissive with his responses after the contract was signed when deciding on color and after installation when there was a problem with noise on windy days. The management/owners of the company wouldn't respond to phone calls or email through this process. The project manager was responsive and made sure the problem was taken care of.

Alpha Roofing, (Peter and Ryan) were very professional and honest about the entire process. Peter recommended that I get my facia repairs and painting completed prior to him installing the new drip edge to ensure it was a smooth order of operation. During the removal, any additional decking that needed replacing was done without question or negotiation. The crew was professional, timely and thorough during their execution. Ryan, the production manager, checked with me throughout the process, explaining each step from start to finish. Ryan wanted me to understand, witness and approve any deviations found along the way. We have a roof of undetermined age with damage from a recent hailstorm. While we didn't go with Alpha Roofing, I wanted to specifically point out the work of Landon Fullerton.Landon responded quickly to my voicemail and was on-site later that day. He reviewed the paperwork from the insurance company and performed a roof inspection. His verbal summary was specific and understandable to a novice homeowner like me. He even found a small and inexpensive issue that was missed by the insurance company. He sent an email later that day providing us with a written assessment. Overall very knowledgeable and professional.The decision to go with another company wasn't in any way a bad reflection on Alpha Roofing. It's in fact the opposite. We did our research and ended up talking to very qualified companies that had little differences between them. My reason for the review was to help anyone looking for this type of work have an idea of which companies to contact. I do hope you consider them for this type of work.

This is a review that I should have written several years ago when I had the roof on my home in Manor replaced, but better late than never, I guess! After making numerous calls to various roofing companies in the Austin area to get bids on having my roof replaced after 25 years, I luckily, stumbled across Alpha Roofing in my search, and found that they were less expensive and had better reviews than all of the others. From the first phone call, I was treated with total respect and patience in spite of the many tedious questions that I asked. When it came to replacing my roof, they all were completely professional, thorough and fast! They provided quality workmanship, excellent service and a generous warranty. Even after my warranty had expired and I had placed my home on the market to sell, one of the owners, Ryan agreed to come out to inspect the roof and make some minor repairs (a few shingles had suffered some wind damage) at no cost to me! All of the staff were a pleasure to work with over the years, but I have to say that Ryan was a standout! I would recommend Alpha Roofing wholeheartedly to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. They are absolutely the best!

Alpha did a good job for me after hail damage. They handled everything appropriately with the insurance company, gave an accurate estimate, and made a realistic promise when they could arrive on site. Pricing was comparable to my other estimate.They arrived on the scheduled date despite a ton of rain in the previous two weeks. Once on site, they cleaned up after themselves well, I was happy when the very first thing they did was to tarp over my entire pool to prevent it from getting dirty. Overall the quality of the workmanship is very good and there was almost no debris or leftover material in the yard anywhere. No nails in my tires, I found one nail in the grass after rain which is darn good. The gutter guys they subcontracted also did a nice job. Alpha Roofing came out on time and provided an estimate for my roof replacement. They were quick and polite! I ended up not going with them since I needed to address other stuff. Such as the patio, fascia, and chimney.Give them a shout for roof repairs or replacement though!

They helped to guide us through the process of getting the roof replaced and used good quality materials. It has been six months since the work was complete and there have been no issues. I recently discovered that squirrels had gotten into my attic through one of the roof vents. Not wanting to encourage foster care for the local wildlife, I began a search for a reputable roofing repair company to remedy the situation. I discovered Alpha Roofing after scouring reviews of companies servicing my area of town (they were highly recommended). I received a prompt visit by Peter and discussed the options for the roof repair. He gave me a good quote and estimate of when the repairs could occur. Within a week I got a call and arranged to have Ryan and his crew come to do the work. They finished the job in a timely manner and spotlessly cleaned up the work area. I am very pleased with Alpha Roofing and would highly recommend their services to other homeowners.

Just had a roof replaced on a house with Alpha Roofing. They were very easy to work with, get estimates, scheduling, queries, etc.They were very accommodating in fixing specific issues on my roof. They had a walk thru at the end of the job and even waited for me before I got there.They were very responsive to emails with clear communication.Price wise they were very much affordable compared to other highly reviewed companies.

Great work. Rated in top 10 roofers in Austin, and number one in my book. Competitive price and quality work that you don't have to supervise. I only got estimates from top 10 rated roofers in Austin so I can't say if they're the cheapest, but they tied with one of my other estimates for the cheapest of 4 companies. I also checked with neighbors and found that the price I was quoted was common for the work. They were on time and finished as scheduled, there Forman was continually checking on the work but didn't slow down the process. I checked work also but soon found it unnecessary, what a great feeling. If like me you appreciate a good price, quality work, or if you just want it done right without having to watch. Call Alpha!!

I recently hired Alpha Roofing to replace my roof. As a Realtor, I had called on these guys in the past to give estimates for repair and replacement for clients. They were consistently the most responsive and had the best price, so naturally, I called them for my own job. I called two other companies as well, and wasn't surprised that they gave me the best estimate in the shortest amount of time. Ryan and James are both so sweet and honest. I have to say they did a beautiful job on my roof, replaced my turbines with a ridge vent and even replaced my ventilation pipes without any additional costs. The only thing that wasn't wonderful was that the guys forgot to use a magnet and pick up all the nails around the house. It caused my to get a flat on a busy road, which wasn't fun. But they offered to pay for my tire and came back and picked up all the nails the next day. I would have given five stars if it weren't for those nails! But, I still would highly recommend Alpha Roofing.

Alpha Roofing is an amazing roofing company that honors their warranty and help keep roofing from costing an arm and a leg.. Alpha Roofing installed a roof for me in 2019 and when the ice storm came .. I had water damage to my siding, ceiling and attic from the Ice Dam. Our roof had some minor wind damage called for an estimate to repair the damage and an idea on a new roof. The rep came out looked both from the ground and the roof. He gave me a quote that was a fair price and said they would check and caulk all of the roof pipes and flashing. He went ahead and nailed down the loose ones until I got the work done, temporary until they could be replaced.I called back to schedule the work and they quoted me the same exact price and promised the same exact work. They called me the next day to set the appointment.They came out and finished the job and cleaned up the work looks great they were professional and honest. Without a doubt will use them again and will recommend them without hesitation.

Really happy with how fast they turned our roof around from quoting and prepping through completion and billing. Peter came out to quote us last year, following the heavy rains we had in fall, and within a week or so, had us scheduled for a complete roof. After having 3 different roofers look at the 2 leaks, I found that none of them resolved the problems. Alpha Roofing took the time to identify and fix the locations in one preliminary visit and one with the materials and equipment to "get it done" I have already recommended them to two other neighbors. The estimator said one thing and then when the workers came weeks later, they said they could not do what the proposal said. They ended up doing the best they could but then the shingles did not match. I would pass on Alpha.

Totally no concept of customer service ,the guy(peter) was super rude . May be he is giving 100% quality but if you are rude and no manners how to talk to your customers you can’t go too far . Good luck !
