Working with AR Tech Roofers was a great experience. Louis was amazing and so quick to respond to storm damage - twice in 2 months! He made the temporary repairs within 1 hour of us calling and the full roof repair just a few days later before any more rain came. Louis from AR Tech Roofers came to my house for an inspection after I thought we might have some hail damage. Louis was so professional, courteous and honest and told me there was nothing wrong with the roof that he could find. Thankfully, we did not need their service after this inspection, but I GUARANTEE they have a future customer in me. I have no need to call anyone else after that visit. My roof was damaged earlier in the year (2021) by a hail storm that went through Round Rock, TX. Lots of houses in my neighborhood suffered damage. I was having difficulty finding a company that would even return my call when one of my neighbors referred me to Sam at AR Tech Roofers. He inspected my roof and worked closely with my insurance company to get his costs covered. All I had to do was file the initial claim. I have custom LeafGuard gutters so Sam also had to bring in another company to handle that work. I was very appreciative that he oversaw and handled all aspects of my repairs including bringing another company to fix all of the damage done by the storm. These guys are true professionals and do quality work. The roof that they installed is very high quality and looks great. These guys are exceptional. I noticed the roof leak with recent wind and rain then I called several roofing companies to get it fixed and all they said were no repairs at this time.After calling Sameul from AR Tech around 6pm, he immediately scheduled the roof inspection in an hour and guys showed up on time and fixed right away for reasonable price. I called the Architecture team after a heavy rain when I noticed I had multiple leaks. They came out to my house the next day! They did some of the small repairs that day as well as farily and competitively quoted for the larger repairs. Just had them out again to do the bigger repairs and I'm super impressed with their quality, price, speed, efficiency, information about the problem and the solution, and customer service. 10 out of 10 would hire again.
