Steve was my project manager and did an excellent job on all aspects before, during, and after the project. He was knowledgeable and tailored options to my needs and timeline without trying to upsell me on anything I didn't want or need. He was very patient and answered my many questions throughout the project. After they project, Blackhill stood by their work and quickly addressed a minor issue with a particularly difficult section of my roof.Blackhill also replaced two of my neighbors' roofs, and I was impressed with how they took care to ensure my property was taken care of during those projects. All of the people I have interacted with at Blackhill have been great.Overall, my impression is that Blackhill is a good company that values their customers and employees.

Great experience! Very communicative throughout the entire process of replacing our roof. Steve took time and explained all the cost break down, answering all of my questions. Crew showed up on time and were cleaning up as they went. They even power washed their tire marks off of our driveway. Hands down I’d recommend them if you’re ever in need of a new roof.

Crew and equipment arrived when Travis said they would. Did the roof in one day. 7:00ish to 4:30ish start to finish. Cleaned up really great. Blackhill did a phenomenal job on our roof. Like many in the area, we were blasted with large hail in the spring. Roofing companies came from all over to solicit business but choosing Blackhill was a no-brainer.Being local, Anthony stopped by numerous times to make sure everything was going according to plan and only done to the level of satisfaction he would accept on his own house. The team was able to catch a few mistakes that the insurance adjuster made and fully capitalize on our coverage that we've been paying for all these years. Roof, trim, paint, etc. all look amazing because they really care that the job is done the right way. Not just checking boxes to move on to the next. Even cleaning up the job site daily was taken to an impressive level. They were extremely detailed in their inspection of our roof following the softball sized hail storm we had in early April. An excellent selection of photographs showed the extent of the damage. They provided a selection of shingle samples within our homeowners association approval. About two weeks later the materials were delivered and the following day they began their work. It only took them a day and a half to replace the entire roof. They also replaced the damaged roof vents. I was impressed with their covering of the grass and flowerbeds to reduce cleanup then using a magnetic rake to get any loose nails from the grass.
