We had two individuals come to our property and discuss options in building a cover for our backyard patio. Everything seemed great and planned out and we made a deposit. After that encounter we didn't hear from them. No follow-ups and no updates. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone with information about our project. We kept calling and they kept giving excuses about delays and material shortages and we were understanding at first considering various global shortages going on at the time. However, they continued to give no updates or follow up and this went on for months and so we finally had it and decided to go with someone else. Our experience with BLS has been more like BS. Terrible experience. Cannot recommend.
