We highly recommend James Brandon of ATX Hometown Roofing. He and his crews reroofed both our home and our rental property. We're extremely happy with and confident in the workmanship and quality of our new roofs. He quickly responded to our questions leading up to the work. He kept us apprised to schedule changes when there was a supply delay. He explained the process thoroughly so we were able understand what was involved. Bonus that James is simply a nice person and easy to work with.

He was very quick to come out and look at the roof after contacting him. He met with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was reviewed and went smoothly. Followed through with everything he said and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Roof was put on quickly and looks great!!! Would definitely use this company again!

I gave James a call on the 24th of March and was pleasantly surprised that he responded so quickly. We set up a meeting to inspect my roof(which had been damaged by wind and was leaking water) and James took care of everything promptly and professionally. He was very friendly and took care of the issue very efficiently. Very straightforward and painless, I would highly recommend to anyone who is facing roofing issues.

I found Hometown Roofing when I lost half of my roof to Hurricane Harvey winds in Pflugerville. It shouldn't have happened as a new roof was installed by the seller at the time I purchased it. Little did I know it was a lousy job and 6 months later shingles started coming off. I didn't trust that roofer to do the repairs and was lucky to find James at Hometown Roofing. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and provided photos I was able to use with my insurance company. They are a great company with experienced roofers and trustworthy management. Yes, I will call only Hometown Roofing if another serious storm hits me.

Hometown Roofing ATX came out following a storm to inspect the roof, provide an estimate and ultimately came back to remove the old roof and install a new one. They worked directly with our insurance company. The roofing crew finished a large roof in two days in extreme heat.
