H&A Roofing made getting our new roof so easy. After being denied by our insurance with another contractor we had given up. We decided to get an estimate on the roof with us paying out of pocket. Well here comes our hero Alicia, she went through everything thoroughly and assessed the roof. At the end of our conversation she said we had enough damage to warrant a reappraisal. Well she did it, She got it approved! Next step was to make an appointment. Literally a week later Homero and his crew where at our house installing. While I was at work, I was receiving updates and pictures of the job. The communication with this company is amazing. We have never had to file an insurance claim so all of our silly questions, Alicia was there to answer. They never left us in the dark and always had our best interest in mind. H&A was super helpful with our roof repair. Our home insurance company was being extremely difficult. Jeff and Abel worked hard to make sure we would get a new roof since ours was severely damaged. He did a thorough inspection of our home and was able to tell us what the issues were immediately. He followed through with photos and explanations of each item via email right after he left. H&A inspector-Alicia was very detailed in taking pictures of my wind and hail damage. My insurance company sent an inspector and closed my claim saying the estimate was less than my deductible. Alicia and my H&A account manager-Andrew presented their pictures to my insurance company which reopened the claim and settled. Everyone with H&A was great and personable including the project manager-Homero and crew from beginning to end. I am pleased with their work and my roof.

When my new roof was done, I couldn't believe how easy the whole process had been. Alicia Boyok and Homero Perez took care of everything from beginning to end. I had never made a claim with my insurance and I would not have had any success with it given how much resistance my insurance put up. Alicia submitted photos and explanations to my insurance as many times as needed until we got the full expense covered. I asked for a special configuration on my roof and Homero executed it flawlessly. Alicia and Homero are true professionals and I highly recommend them.

We had our roof replaced with another company about 4 weeks prior to the massive hail storm that came through Austin with giant hail. H&A called and offered to do a free inspection -- I was upfront that the roof was new and they offered to come out anyways. James who came to the house was on-time, super helpful, reviewed the damage that we had and gave his honest opinion about the best next steps for us. He was very nice, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend working with them on getting a roof and they'll be my call next time we need work!

My house was hit by severe hail storm and totaled the roof. Abel Perez was the one doing the free inspection, onsite when the insurance adjuster came to see the damage, and always there to help with questions or guidance. Homero was the project manager for the roof. I am very happy with how the new roof is done. H&A work with me professionally, and they provide great quality work. My roof is now much more beautiful than it was. The roof done by H&A has drip edge to help control the flow of water away from the fascia and to protect the underlying roofing components (my previous roof doesn't have drip edge). The roofers were professional and respectful of the property. They cleaned up the entire yard and put back everything where it was before they came. They were here at 8:30 am and finished at 6:00 pm. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend H and A roofing company. Alicia was a HUGE help in helping to identify everything that had sustained damage in order to get insurance to pay for it. While they may be a roofing company, she made sure the insurance inspector saw the damage to the fence, shed, garage, and windows so that everything was covered…not just the roof. So glad I chose H&A as Alicia and the team went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner. The work crew was clean and efficient, by the time they left you wouldn’t have even known they were there. Highly recommend them!
