Fantastic and professional job done on my 85 year old mom’s roof yesterday! I rarely ever answer my door due to working from home, but that day Robert came by and I was available. I had been trying to get my mom’s roof replaced with a long standing company in Central Texas, but after the initial assessment, no one ever got back to me after they told me that the contract would be emailed to me. My roof was compromised by a hail storm on March 21, 2024 here in northwest Houston. I chose Perennial Roofing LLC to replace my entire roof because they performed a thorough and free no obligation inspection. In addition, Perennial Roofing LLC made it extremely easy for us in working with our insurance adjuster toward a mutual assessment of our damaged roof. Perennial Roofing LLC delivered above and beyond what they promised us prior to construction. Their high quality of materials, labor and cleanup was second to none. Perennial Roofing is by far the best home improvement company I have ever worked with. My roof was severely damaged by a hail storm. Logan Hester provided me a very reasonable quote for a complete roof replacement. He also worked directly with my insurance adjuster to point out all damages. Throughout the entire process, Logan and his team where extremely professional and responsive. On the install day, his team showed up early and completed the roof in record time. The finished result is incredible. The roof looks fantastic and the yard was cleaned up so well. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Logan's company is a fine example of how the business should be run. For a young company, they have the right recipe for a successful business. Our neighborhood was hit badly by the September hail storm. Roofing companies smelled blood in the water and swarmed. I received many cold walk up sales persons and a stack of name cards. Some of the companies came as far as Dallas and Houston. I decided we should support local businesses and nailed our choice down to Perennial Roofing. Shawn was very responsive to my texts and he answered a lot of questions regarding the quality of the shingles used. He also worked with my insurance company to ensure the adjusted estimates are within reason. His crew was out the following week at 6.30am. They made sure protective screens and tarps were out out to protect my plants and outdoor furniture. I watched as his crew expertly removed the damaged shingles and hand carried the new ones on the roof. Each new shingle was hammered by hand. The crew worked fast but they were not sloppy. Perennial Roofing LLC just replaced our roof. The roof replacement was very much needed, considering there had been some damage from previous weather last year, such as hail. We had first noticed the company doing some work on a neighbor's home and decided to contact them. Paul was very professional and explained everything for us, from the first step up to the last. They really aim to please. It was very relieving to our family that we could place our trust in not only the company but also the individuals who would be taking care of the replacement. Paul answered all of our questions and concerns that had been raised through calls and texts. The job was excellent and done efficiently. We just had our roofing project completed on our house, garage, and shed in the Woodsof Brushy Creek area north of Austin . The first of the crew arrived before daybreak to spread tarps around the house, with the remainder of the crew arriving and starting stripping at daybreak. The completed the job mid-afternoon, and did a thorough cleanup before dusk. Perennial uses superior roofing materials Class 3 and Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, and installation was meticulous. Robert and his sons were straightforward to work with, and took care to document non-roof damage (to doors, windows, and siding) for further claims with our insurance adjuster. We are gruntled!

Wow! My family and I were super impressed w all aspects of our new roof. After a hail storm destroyed roofs all over my neighborhood, lots of roof companies came door to door and hard sold my neighbors to ultimately get a less than average new room that looked like a rush job. Top shelf customer service and business. We all stress the fact of possible issues due to bad weather “hail damage and other” and want a quick fix and stress less process. Perennial Roofing definitely meets the top shelf requirements across the board being there to quick patch for a temp solution while we waited for insurance adjuster to show up which Perennial will be there during the adjusters review and being 100% sure adjuster doesn’t skip anything and makes sure all fixes are included on the damages to get you back better than before! Several neighbors in my neighbor hood were taken care of accordingly by Perrenial with exceptional service and results through the entire process. Appreciate the extra steps they took to protect landscaping and to keep debris out of our pool.We had difficulty navigating the insurance process and were initially denied with a different roofer representing us. We had an absolutely wonderful experience when Perennial Roofing replaced our roof due to a hail storm. Shawn was friendly and professional, very responsive and helpful. He was early to every appointment and worked directly with our insurance inspector to get the most value for our money. His crew was polite and did very good quality work. We had the roof replaced on Halloween and they were all friendly and kind to the kids as they were finishing up during trick or treating. The roof looks amazing and we love the ridge caps in particular. They will be coming back after we get the house painted to install new gutters as well. Very highly recommended!

Predatory and unethical. Seen removing and throwing signs of competitors without speaking to homeowner. Relentlessly hounds homeowners already committed to other builders. Sales representative sounded about as incompetent as you could be in the trades.“Hail resistant” shingles are only so up to 2” in diameter bottom of the line stock builder grade like you’ll find on cheap apartment builds.Company began July 2023. Haven’t been around long enough to know if they’ll be around.

The whole experience with Perennial was fantastic! Paul was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with every step and every decision. He sent us existing locations for certain roof colors so we could scout them out and he even checked a few on his own so that he could give an opinion. He always responded promptly, even on the weekends, and when the job was complete he insisted on checking the connections to the HVAC and even climbed into the attic. The job was complete by 4:00 pm the same day (which blew my mind, the last roofers took 2 days), and everything looked great. I highly recommend Perennial!

Our roof was seriously damaged in the hail storm last September. The hailstones had hardly melted when roofing companies began to knock on our door. Having lived in our home for the last 44 years and replaced our roof a number of times we were not in a hurry to pick a roofing company. Quite a number of roofing companies were allowed to perform free damage inspections and present proposals. In the end we decided to contract with Perennial Roofing LLC. I have only praise for Perennial Roofing Company's performance from our first meeting to job completion.Logan went up on the roof to put temporary patches on several hail-damaged areas to take care of me through a rainy spell before the replacement could begin, and Jake explained the financial details of the job with admirable patience. Once the weather cleared, Paul Coffee ran the job efficiently and courteously, working side by side with the workmen in cleaning up the site after dark and returning the next morning after sunrise to inspect and walk the site to be sure everything was up to their exacting standards. (It was!)This company is well run by conscientious, involved owners and employees. Paul Coffee and I were next door neighbors so we had conversations before the hailstorm. He came across as a standup kind of guy. After the hailstorm, Paul asked if he could checkout my roof. I informed him that I had contacted someone else already but I allowed him to give a quote as well. I knew that there was damage because water was leaking from the ceiling. Paul volunteered to be there when the insurance company came to inspect. Once I got the adjuster's report, Paul explained it to me line by line as this was my first time going though this process. He then provided me with materials that Perennial Roofing would use. Finally, while I was still deciding which company to go with, Paul (knowing that it was going to rain) volunteered and put a tarp on my roof so that I would not get more rain in my house. Perennial Roofing came on the day that they said, installed the roof very professionally in a day and cleaned up the area of debris and nails/tacks. Paul came by the next day before I got home from work and did another walk-a-round and got on the roof to check it again as well. He met with me later that day and we did a walk-a-round. He also got up in my attic to check things out up there as well as the hot-water heater connections. I am still contacting Paul with questions and he's still contacting me to check on things. We love the roof with all these latest and up-to-date features. Paul and Perennial Roofing were very reasonable and professional. I would definitely recommend these guys to family, friends, co-workers and church members. 5 Stars seems too little for the services we received! :-)

This is a roofing company you can trust!My 89 year old aunt had hail damage from the most recent hail storm. Everyone told her she needed her entire roof replaced.
