Phoenix Exteriors has installed a new shingle roof on our house after a Texas hail storm. They have done an excellent job. We went with them because they had been recommended on a neighborhood Facebook page. The young salesman was very enthusiastic, but he and his team explained the options very well to us. Then, when it came time for the installation, the team was handled by Troy Brehmer. They were in and out over the course of two days, and, again, were thoughtful and thorough. They were clear what we needed to do, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. The only trouble we had with them was getting clear communication about the installation date, and who was to provide that information. So being told, after signing the contract, who we should contact about the installation date, and keeping that the same person if possible, would have taken care of it. But it was a minor problem for an excellent job.Bill G., Austin, Texas

Phoenix went above and beyond fighting our insurance to get us our roof replaced, they really documented the damage well and went to bat for us when they tried to deny us. The workers wer super professional, on time, very fast, and they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. Extremely annoying company. They have interrupted me at home 4 times trying to sell their services door to door even after asking them to stop waking me up when I am asleep during the day (I work night shift). Will never be using this company for any reason, and I will spread the word to avoid them to all friends, family, and the neighborhood. Stick to advertising on the web, and stop bothering people at home.

Ignores no soliciting signs and rings your doorbell multiple times to get you to answer. Brian left me his card & his pitch. Learn to read, as my no soliciting sign was in the middle of the door, 0/10 don’t recommend using them, very pushy.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Phoenix Exteriors for anyone needing roof work. Dakota and his team had made the entire process exceptionally easy, from when Tyler first knocked on my door all the way through the production process. Pete did an amazing job managing the production team throughout the process. The guys had kept me informed of everything and did a great job of educating me the entire time. They were able to get my entire roof replaced through my insurance at no cost to me, CRAZY!! It looks amazing, and I had been able to pick out all the details- the shingles, color, etc. that had best fit my home! I would not hesitate to use Phoenix for any of my other properties in the future! 5 Stars + great customer service and overall experience!!

My insurance company (Allstate) was resisting paying for hail damage to my roof and Phoenix helped me with my claim. They are amazing! If you need work done, ask for Zach Guerrieri. He super-responsive and he helped us navigate the insurance process.My roof is not done yet, so I can't speak about the work, but so far everyone has been professional, helpful, and keeping my job on track. We had a terrible hail storm in March of this year. The Phoenix roof professionals quickly responded (within a day) and helped me file my claim and returned to walk the roof with my insurance adjuster. I went with Phoenix because of the fact that I could work with one company for both my roof replacement and solar removal and reattachment. Everyone from the sales person (Rene) to the Office coordinator and manager (Jessica and Cara) were super responsive and easy to work with. Phoenix Exteriors did an amazing job replacing my roof. Dakota came out and inspected my roof that had some pretty severe wind damage. They were on time with delivery of products, started the job in the morning with a crew of professional, hard working guys and were done by 5:00. Service after the job was done is what sets them apart. Dakota and Pete always answered my calls and were very responsive to every request I had. After the snow and bad weather we had recently I asked Dakota if he would come out and do a courtesy check of the roof and without hesitation he was there within the hour. Replacing my roof has been quite painless. Phoenix was great about letting me know the process reaching out to the insurance company and my HOA to help move things along when I want getting responses. They were able to give me an accurate timeframe and were able to reschedule when my HOA took longer than expected to approve my paperwork. Install was fast and looks great, and they were quick to respond to the few minor cleanup details they missed.They also helped coordinate everything with the company that did the solar panel install, making sure that everything was timed properly.Toward the end, the project manager left the company, but it was a seemless hand over as far as I can tell.Definitely recommend Phoenix Exteriors if you're looking to get your roof replaced and don't know where to start.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Can't say how awesome this company is enough! Dakota was amazing! I had some annoying unusual formalities with my mortgage company & insurance but they offered to work with me. The guys showed up at 8 and were done by noon! Pete did a final walk through with me to show me the final product and it looks awesome! I recently had storm damage to my roof that ended up needing to be replaced. Tyler and the team at Phoenix came out and surveyed the damage and immediately put up tarps to prevent any damage while we were waiting to get the roof replaced. I called Phoenix to come out and inspect my roof based on the recommendation of a friend of mine who had a good experience using them to replace his roof. They arrived promptly as scheduled, were very professional, and conducted a very thorough inspection of my roof. The rep, Dakota, sat down with me and went over their findings, showing me pictures to back up what he was telling me. I felt he gave me a very honest and thorough roof evaluation. Although it turned out I did not need roof replacement, or any immediate repairs, I will definitely use them when my roof does require repair or replacement. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof inspected.

I had a great experience with Phoenix Roofing. Tyler from Phoenix Roofing stopped by my house during the day and he was able to diagnose what was wrong with my roof. My husband and I were worried about how we would be able to pay for the repairs as we weren't expecting to have to fix our roof but Tyler was able to get with our insurance company to get the ball rolling. We still expected to have to spend some money but Phoenix Exteriors was able to get the insurance to cover the whole bill! The project managers were amazing and the process was really smooth. The construction only took two days and we were not displaced from our normal lives at all. I would highly recommend to anyone who is reading this. I don't write reviews often but I wanted to share this great experience because I didn't know I was even in the market for a roof repair but Phoenix Exteriors made the process so simple and efficient.

I sustained a fairly severe amount of damage from a hail storm with high winds. Someone from Phoenix Exteriors came to my home to sell me their services. I was skeptical at first and generally don't like being approached this way for sales. Now that everything is done, I'm darn glad I spoke with that sales person that day!The process couldn't have been easier. This is my first home and my first time dealing with a major claim. I found out my insurance was kind of garbage and the whole thing was going to cost more than I would have liked. I'll say this though, the people from Phoenix Exteriors took the time to help me understand everything really well. They helped with my understanding of the insurance process and set proper expectations.The day they finally showed up to do the work, they arrived at 7am sharp as promised and began work immediately. By early afternoon, I had a great looking new roof. Some from Phoenix came back to my house that evening to take a lap around the house with me to both take a closer look at my new roof and to walk around with a large magnet to make sure they got every nail they could possibly get. To this day, we have not had any issue with nails in feet or tires so I believe they even did an amazing job of cleaning up too!The day I handed over my insurance check to Pete from Phoenix Exteriors, I inquired about what other services they offered. A neighbor introduced me to Blake and he was immediately helpful! He made an assessment of the house, helped explain the insurance process and even showed up at the house when the inspector dropped by. Blake made sure no stones were unturned.Blake was extremely responsive, professional and open through the entire process. His company did not specialize in the direction my family decided to go so at the end of the day we had to move forward with another company.I highly recommend Blake at Phoenix for roofing considerations, especially if you are dealing with an insurance company. I just have to say that Rene, from Phoenix Exteriors, came by the other night. He took his time going over everything that the recent hail storm damaged, documenting and taking pictures. As it turns out, the inspector representing our insurance managed to miss a lot of damages. Imagine that! Well, Rene found them and we will be able to recover most, if not all of those as well.After his thorough inspection, we invited him in. He explained everything about how our insurance works; he went line-by-line through the paperwork from the insurance company. Then he informed us about Phoenix Exteriors' expertise and long-standing excellence in roofing with much better grade materials than your everyday roofing companies. These environmental-friendly "green" shingles can even include a lifetime warranty as they are made to withstand much larger hail than the size that tore our world apart the other day.Rene seems like he is way too young to be this smart, but he certainly convinced us! :) Unlike ALL of the other shingle-salesmen that have come by recently, he was NOT a bully and was happy to give a quote where most of the others just wanted to try and match the insurance figures (or be there when the inspector/adjuster came). He seemed more like a teacher or maybe a helper than an actual salesman (which was a relief).Needless to say, we were very impressed with Rene and would recommend that you at least hear what he has to say. He and Phoenix Exteriors have a lot to offer. Give him a chance. You'll be glad you did!

Great guys that do great work. Came to my house, examined the roof and told me insurance should cover it. I was doubtful because a couple of months before another roofing company had examined my roof and as soon as I told them who my insurance company was, they said it was very unlikely they would pay. Phoenix guys took care of everything with insurance company. Got a new roof and all we had to pay was the deductible :-). With this great results, I also used them on my rental property. It went as smooth as this one too. Awesome!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we received the ‘bad’ news that our roof did not need replacing. Noah was knowledgeable and informative without being pushy and convinced us to allow an inspection. When Dan showed up to do the actual inspection, he was prompt, personable, and professional. Their explanation of findings was thorough and factual, not filled with false information to coerce us into buying something we didn’t need. I can’t speak to their roof replacing process, but if/when the time comes, we will definitely use this company. I encourage you to also!
