I've been using Paul and his crew since 2017 for various roofing and painting jobs.The first time I called him, I woke up to a 6cm diameter hole in my master bathroom ceiling, with water pouring in non stop (it was a stormy night). Out of 8 companies I called, Paul was the only one who responded. He came out to assess the damage (including climbing up on my roof to take a look in the middle of a storm), suggested a temporary fix and came back a few days later to finish the job, which included fixing the roof, the ceiling and painting. I've been a customer of his since.They have always been responsive and punctual and do quality work for a competitive price. I will continue using Paul and his team and always recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.

Look no further! This is the best roofing company in the Greater Austin area. Paul was very quick to get my roof inspected and give me a quote for a new roof. He explained to me how my insurance claim would work and was very patient with my endless questions. Paul even took time out of his busy schedule to meet with my insurance adjuster who needed a bigger ladder. Once my claim was approved, my roof was replaced within a week! Roofmasters was the first to come out and provide an estimate on our roofing job but they were not the last. After dealing with 4 other establishments and estimators Roofmasters stood above them in the end. I'll include details, but for those who want my "bottom line" of this review, I would recommend Paul and Roofmasters to friends and family (and have), and will, no doubt, use them again in the near future for additional work (non-roof) on our home. I called three roofing companies for quotes; one never returned my call, another couldn't come for two weeks, but Paul came by the next day. I was impressed when the man himself, Paul, came out to our home for the initial estimate on our roof issues. Paul was very personable and didn't "speak down" to me or seem hurried through the inspection. It didn't seem to bother Paul when I went up on the roof with him. He schooled me on many aspects of roof work, from teaching me the proper terms to showing me the individual things to look for in good and bad roof work, using my own roof for examples. My reason for calling Paul, was some leak issues at a section of our roof, but Paul inspected the whole roof. Afterwards, Paul merely pointed out some recommendations and options for me to consider, but never steered me towards more work than really was necessary for the reasons I called them. When the wife and I agreed on which roof work to go with, Paul gave us a quote, which was very reasonable considering what we were asking for. Within the week, Paul's crew came out, with Paul himself showing up. The work was completed in a day, with a complete and thorough clean-up of the yard. When the next rains came, a leak returned, and after a call to Paul, so did a couple of his men. It turns out, this particular leak was fireplace (masonry)-related, and not roof-related, but Paul's men found the culprit and fixed it promptly at no additional cost to me; something I was not expecting. Weeks later and after a couple of days of rain from Hurricane Harvey, I received a call from Paul, just checking to see how their work was holding up. I was happy to report no leaks. Great customer service. I now understand, first-hand, why Paul and Roofmasters has so many great reviews. Thank you Paul.

We recently had Roof Masters add flashing to all of our eves, repair and paint all of our siding on our house and shed, and paint our doors. We could not be more pleased with the entire process and the end results! Every person who works at Roof Masters is extremely professional and friendly! I have been so impressed with RoofMasters! I saw their sign in a neighbors yard who was getting their roof replaced, so I called them and Paul was out the next morning to inspect my leaking roof. He identified the area where flashing was coming loose and seals were cracked within 10 minutes of being on my roof. He took pictures before and after the roof repair and showed them to me so I would understand exactly what the problem is. He was able to take care of it quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be more pleased! There is a reason these guys have all 5 star reviews!

I noticed an overhanging branch had taken a bit out of my roof; I removed the branch and then called Roofmasters. Paul came out the next day, climbed onto my roof, found all the problem areas, and gave me a great estimate. A few days later, his workman came out and fixed them as scheduled. This is the company for roofing to choose in Round Rock / Austin, TX area. I met Paul after a minor wind damage of my roof. He checked and made me a competitive on site quote very professionally, showed me all the problems on his phone (pictures) and confirmed exactly what needs to be done. The same time he confirmed I had a previous hail damage, and if I make a claim there is a good chance, the insurance company will take care of it, as it was more than a borderline case. I made a decision to proceed and he confirmed to support me when the inspector comes. He came as agreed when the inspector came to support, the first inspector made a check and confirmed later it is only a wind damage, approx. 1000 USD, certainly my insurance had a 1000 USD deductible, so meant nothing. Paul insisted they need to come back as this did not make sense, a new inspector came and Paul helped the inspector clearly see the problems once more. The insurance company finally agreed to completely replace my roof. Afterwards, Paul's team made an amazing job. There was one minor issue I identified a few months later, and he came back immediately and corrected immediately. I am very happy with Roofmasters.

Paul has completely remodeled my home, and I highly recommend this company. Three years ago, he repaired my rotten chimney, patched my roof, his team did a complete interior and exterior painting (I mean paint on every sf. of my home i.e., trim, doors, closets, celling, light fixture repairs, front door, shutters, drywall patches, nail holes, EVERYTHING!), he recommended external boards to be changed on my house from when my puppies were younger and chewed, he recommended a carpenter for a built-in bookshelf and new base boards that worked with his team, he waited for my flooring company to complete the floor renovations and came back for touch ups and baseboard painting. My entire house (internal/external) was remodeled with paint and flooring company coordination in 1  1/2 weeks (it took flooring company several days to complete their installation). After Hurricane Harvey hit, he did a patch repair on my roof the next day after my request for repair. Next time a hail storm hits Central Texas, he will be the person I call to do a complete roof replacement. His prices are reasonable and he is a genuine guy.

Their prices are reasonable, they arrive to do the work when they say they will and complete the work within the time and cost that was estimated. In my last experience with Renaissance, I needed to have some roof shingles replaced before the rain started -- on short notice, they worked me into their schedule and had my repairs completed before the rains arrived.I will definitely use Renaissance for painting and roof repair in the future.

If there is an easier process for getting a roof replaced quickly, it doesn't exist in Central Texas. From initial contact to complete replacement, Roofmasters took great care of us and our house.

If you are considering any roof work this is your go to spot. This business is honest and trustworthy. Found a few shingles in my flower bed and immediately called them. Come to find out I didn't have any missing shingles and could of been from a different yard due to storms. They were honest with me and I'm so thankful. If anyone needs work done on their house this is where you should go. Good honest people. Thank you!
