These guys were great. Mario was courteous from the beginning; didn’t hassle me, respectful of my time, and had great communication. The whole process was very straight forward and didn’t take long from first inspection to replacement. Vertical took care of most of the paperwork and dealing with insurance. The roof replacement was done during work hours, they cleaned everything thoroughly, and the new roof looks amazing. Someone from Vertical was onsite all day overseeing to ensure quality work. 10/10 would recommend!

I'm a Brit living in Texas, so when my house was hit by giant hail it was let's just say, a life experience. It's smaller back in the UK and doesn't generally trigger an insurance claim.Fortunately, Travis from Vertical Solutions was there to guide me through the process, from filing a claim through to everything looking like new.Not only was Travis great, but everyone at Vertical Solutions too.
