Our family already started making some great memories in our new home, and we owe a debt of gratitude to Round Top Home Builders. We wish to thank you so much for the superb job that you and your team did building our new home, our beautiful new house in La Grange. Words cannot express how pleased my family and I with our new home. Every day it looked nicer and better with every unpacked box or bin, and few months later it feels like we always lived here. It is hard to think who could do a better job than your team of Round Top Home Builders professionals.It feels that I haven’t thanked you enough for all your tremendous effort during the last several months from the initial plans and projection till the breaking the ground, and all the way to the last touches that completed such a magnificent project. The communication was great, always keeping us in the loop on the progress of construction. The craftsmanship is exceptional! - the cathedral ceiling, state-of-the-art cabinetry, countertops, lighting, woodwork, home grocery elevator, comfortable and efficient air conditioning system, beautiful flooring, plumbing, storage space and attic, and porches with stairs where we all spend so much time nowadays. Please accept all my appreciation for being able to stay on budget, for your fast responses on the inquiries, and your crew's total customer support all through the entire time of the project and after we were settling in. This removed so much potential stress from the process. It went very well, and we are very happy with the results. You all take your work seriously and it shows.Thank you for the welcoming gift you offered us with the Homeowner book, for answering our questions, and all the mentoring advice you shared with us on the multiple points during the walk-through.I would love to extend my separate gratitude to Mr. Barney, Jay, Melody, and Brett who welcomed me to the Round Top Home Builders family, worked with me during all the stages, educated me, ensured that our family new home will be to our liking and have done an excellent job bringing it to manifestation. Our sincere appreciation goes to Brandon, who superbly handles all post-construction items, addressing them timely and professionally with high quality performance. We are currently building a home in La Grange, TX with Round Top Home Builders and could not be happier with the progress. COVID has impacted the project, but they have managed to the best of their abilities. Chans, our project manager has been fantastic with communication. He is on the jobsite everyday evaluating the plan meticulously and making sure that the project stays on schedule and budget. Barney, Jay & Bob designed and built our "out of the box" home in Fayette County. They did a TREMENDOUS job, and better yet we now consider them good friends.We do the AirB&B thing with an apartment in our barn. We've has two architects stay - each spent a couple of hours taking pictures, that's how impressed they were with the construction details.We highly recommend Round Top Home Builders!

Round Top builders built us a beautiful custom farmhouse on our property. They know their stuff! Built a solid beautiful home, stayed on a tight schedule and completed our home in 7 months. We made a few small changes along the way without nickle and diming us. Actually came a little under budget! Very honest! You know where all the money is spent from breaking ground to all the finishing details! Then you get to move in!
