Ideal Exteriors did an amazing job for us!! We had contacted 3 other roofing companies before speaking to Josh Martin. The others were not only much more expensive, but not willing to take off the ancient wood roof underneath. They had to tear off 2 layers of asphalt as well as the wood roof. They put down the plywood base before the black paper and shingles. And they did the whole job in one day! I was so surprised at how thorough they were with clean up.

They came out and estimated our roof from the storm damage and at a great timely fashion too with our crazy schedules. We ended up with way more than expected!!! We got our new fence done and stained, trim replaced, new solar screens put on, painted new trim and wood connected with it, new pool pump, as well as a new gate motor!!! Im beyond happy with this company! I couldn’t have made a better choice!! I highly recommend these guys!

We hired ideal exteriors to do some roofing work for us. We were unsatisfied with the communication (lack there of) and scheduling (we never knew when the crew would show up). Additionally we were told (verbally and in contract) that ideal exterior would make a repair to our roof by removing and replacing shingles. The crew came out without any materials, made an unsatisfactory repair (communicated at time of services rendered). Unable to get ideal exterior to repair to our satisfaction in reasonable time frame. Owner unwilling to work on price even though acknowledged he did not provide the materials communicated in contract.
