Let me tell you about Walter Cano at Riddle Brothers.What an absolutely amazing contractor! He goes WAY above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of (plus some). We have had to fight a lot with insurance and he has been so patient and kind to work with. I started a fight with Breast Cancer in the middle of the roof replacement and then 2 weeks later my house had a sewage backup. Walter is now helping me get my house fixed up. I feel so relaxed knowing he has my best interest at heart and will fix my house up to be amazing while I recuperate!You absolutely can NOT go wrong hiring Riddle Brothers and asking for Walter!! He truly has a heart of gold and is the epitome of what customer service should be! The product is EQUALLY as awesome. I can't believe how much the new roof improved the look of my house.He helped me make sure that the roof color would look amazing with my brick. I am sure it will increase the value of my house. As a single mom, it is amazing to find a contractor that won't take advantage of you and take short cuts. He will get the job done and make sure the job is done absolutely right!The crew was equally as amazing...SUPER fast and cleaned up everything! They started the roof that morning and were done by 3pm! Brian was so helpful! He fought with my insurance and corrected them on a few measurements they were off on and helped to make sure everything damaged was included in the claim. His team did great work even in the heat of the summer to get all of my repairs done! He took my concerns seriously and explained the process and materials several times to me. Super happy with the quality of work that was done and the genuine care that Brian had about how my repairs were completed. Brian's team was recommended to me and I am super happy I went with him! Even when my choices of finishes were hard to find Brian worked diligently to make sure all of my trim matched and was exactly what I was wanting. As a first time homeowner there is a ton to learn and Brian made the process stress free because I knew he would get it done!

Walter and the crew replaced our roof, all trim around the chimney, gutters, screens, stained the fence and repaired damage to two interior rooms including ceilings and walls. Had an amazing experience with Tony Foster in our roof replacement. He really went to batt for us when working with our insurance company. Always spoke clearly, honestly, and we always understood what the expectations were for both the roofing company and our part with deductible and depreciation payments. Small part of our roof was damage and I had a really great experience with Tony Foster from Riddle Brothers. He really went above and beyond by responding all my worries even during his vacation. Riddle Brothers Roofing and Construction and Tony Foster were amazing. They helped me get one of our property roof's replaced with insurance approval. It was so easy. We asked for Tony's help and he went to work for us immediately. During the installation he provided me and my wife updates all day long. Can’t say enough about Tony with Riddle Brothers Construction. This guys really helped in all aspect of the process. He took photographs and documented everything for our insurance company. Tony communicated thoroughly every step of the process. Tony genuinely cared about our problem, and was extremely personable, professional, and courteous. The team left practically no trace of repair work having been done, as we didn’t find even a single leftover nail or piece of debris in the yard. We had the best experience using Riddle Brothers Roofing company. They are very knowledgeable and honest people. Best customer service you could ask for. We had to get our ceiling fixed and our roof replaced. Half of my sons ceiling fell through from our air conditioner pan leaking. We called Riddle Brothers and they came right out and had a crew come start the same day to cover the hole on my son’s ceiling. They did an excellent job. I would definitely refer my family, friends, and neighbors. I actually did refer a friend and will receive a $200 referral. Wow what a deal.I recently had a crew go to my mother-in-law’s house for a quote. They were so honest. They patched up a tiny spot and said she didn’t need a new roof. Zev was our sales & project manager overseeing the job. He was professional, gave an honest assessment of damage upon inspection, and his knowledge in dealing with insurance claims as well as working with our adjuster proved to be an invaluable asset. We had such a wonderful experience with Riddle Brothers, especially with Tony Foster! Our roof was damaged without our knowing it during a storm which caused damage in two rooms of our house. Tony went above and beyond time and again with every aspect of the work that needed doing. He helped us file a claim with insurance and made sure that they covered everything that needed to fixed, he was on top of every element of the work getting done(even when we were very busy and hard to get ahold of).These kind of things can be very stressful and Tony takes so much of the stress out of it. We had a leak around a roof exhaust vent that had started to rot the decking under the shingles. Trevor from Riddle Brothers came out and did a thorough inspection both in the attic and on the roof. He provided an estimate for the repair and then followed through with no upselling or hidden fees. It was our good fortune to be introduced to Riddle Brothers. In today’s day of automated impersonal communications, we found a real delightful unicorn in Zach Riddle. Zach first met with us at our home to do an initial inspection to confirm that our roof had suffered hail damage and qualified for replacement under our home insurance policy. He then patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions regarding the insurance claim process. Then he made all arrangements with our home insurance company and joined them to inspect roof, develop replacement cost estimate (including check of estimate to make sure everything was covered). He then scheduled a date for installation and thoroughly and patiently explained the process. If we had any questions or needed any clarification, Zach could easily and promptly be reached by text or cell phone. The shingles were delivered right on schedule and the installation crew showed up right on time and promptly and efficiently installed the new roof and thoroughly cleaned up the work site so it looked as good as when they got here. Zach then came by to inspect work (including a check in the attic) to make sure everything was perfect. He then sat down to visit with us about the finished job. During work it was discovered that 2 layers of underlayment had to be removed before installation of new underpayment, which resulted in additional cost. Zach handled all communications with our insurance company to supplement the initial estimate so this additional cost was covered. Zach then made all arrangements with our insurance company to get the second claim check for all depreciation cost. During the time spent visiting with Zach during the entire process he was, honest, warm and friendly and made us feel like we were dealing with family. He frequently told us to not hesitate to call him personally, if we experienced any problems with our new roof. We can honestly recommend Riddle Brothers as a roofer for anyone’s next roof project without reservation. Our thanks and appreciation are extended to Riddle Brothers!
