Eric at Tucker Roofing was wonderful to work with! Kept me informed along the way and gave me several different shingle options. I went with the Malarkey black oak with the black gutters which gave my house a modern look, which I was going for. I was also able to get a discount on my home Insurance with that type of shingle. Our house was hit by a hail storm several months ago. We weren't sure where to turn.Even though Tucker Roofing is a local company right here in the DFW, they were recommended to us from someone in another state, so their reputation is far-reaching.They were great at negotiating with our insurance company to be able to get us the best claim possible.They were very careful about protecting our beds and our yard and I haven't seen a single nail lying around since they left.They did excellent work. They replaced our decking as well as the roof. The crew came and got everything done in one day. They also brought in an excellent subcontractor to replace our guttering.I have no regrets about having Tucker Roofing come and do the job for us.

Tucker Roofing exceeded my expectations. This is not an easy task... We had the roof repaired around the chimney and all vents sealed and painted. The repair shingles matched the existing ones perfectly. The roof looks much better. They provided an estimate and ended up billing me a little less. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Awesome!

I had Eric from Tucker roofing come out to do an inspection and upon the inspection he found some missing ridge caps and placed a tarp over it until roof gets replaced. No more leaks! I highly recommend Tucker Roofing Systems!

Materials were here on time, his workers were here on time and finished the job in the day. ERIC even came back to check if I was satisfied with the work. I have referred them to other people. Tucker Roofing did an outstanding job with my total roof replacement. Aaron ensured I was updated throughout the entire process from start to finish. Adam from Sales ensured I received the best value for my $$, and worked with me for add-ons and essential repairs (interior and exterior) that were overdue as a result of my aging/worn roof. Danae dealt with all the communications with my insurance company and was very thorough in handling estimates and working out the numbers with adjusters. Mario and his team on the filed did an excellent job with site prep, tear out and install. No debris was left behind, and they even returned on the second day to do a magnet sweep to pickup any stray nails and screws; they also painted the vent outlets to color match my new roof.Great attention to detail and excellent execution!

I have a tremendous amount of industry knowledge & have dealt with Tucker for many years in a roofing capacity outside of residential. I've witnessed firsthand their attention to detail & customer service. They have amazing, knowledgeable & friendly project managers that are on-site for the homeowner during the entire job. Israel managed my home project & was outstanding. They arrived on time & prepared me for the entire schedule of events. Everything was covered from plants to the pool. I went with impact resistant shingles due to the increases in insurance rates. The small upcharge should save me from making a future claim. The small things are what separates roofing companies:cover pool, cover plants, removing all waste from the ground especially nails (which I found zero), full time project management that is employed by Tucker Roofing, the sales person was present when the job started, in-house shingle/color consultation (they look at photo's of your home to determine the ideal shingle/color...they're good), zero cut corners & the highest tier of professionalism. When you call; they respond-immediately. I'm also familiar with the owner; due to his high moral standards, faith, character, attention to detail & community outreach I was grateful to contribute to their organization. The display of character runs true to the people in the organization from the secretary to the crews. Thank you to Eric (sales), John (owner), Israel (PM), Steven (director of operations) & Adam (sales manager/roof design consultant extraordinaire). I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case it was well deserved. Thank you.

We used Tucker because a friend of ours started working there and absolutely raves about the environment and the people. I looked up the reviews and saw that they were excellent and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad we did. Eric Gigon was prompt and thorough. The crew was on time and did great work. We got weathered wood from Malarkey. Malarkey's version of weathered wood is a bit more "consistently grey" than the TAMKO version we had prior and it looks wonderful!The BIGGEST reason for this review is because Tucker also decided to be a platinum sponsor of my late Fathers memorial Disc Golf tournament. This was completely unexpected and an AMAZING surprise. Talk about giving back to the local community. As long as Tucker is in business, they have earned mine. As part of the roofing we needed to replace all of the decking on a low slope section of roof that required impact resistant special material to meet code. This area also needed to show no nails as the bottom of the roof decking is visible when on the balcony it covers. I prepped the panels with Certainteed Flintastic primer on the top and primer and 2 coats of ceiling paint on the downward facing side. Adam quoted the re-decking of the 312 sqft balcony roof in a cooperative way. Eric and his team obviously took great care when moving the panels to the roof and placing them. That care is exceptional for a roofing crew. See photo. I have not yet figured out the colors on the cross beam, but the rafters were painted in advance to get a sharp two tone edge with no painting skill on the owners part.They were able to finish the house in a day. Most important of all, I have a neighbor whose standards are higher than me, but her standards are not higher than Tucker's. She was very happy with the lack of damage and with the clean up. Workers seemed happy. Nobody got hurt. The Certainteed Landmark ClimateFlex impact resistant shingles may have been part of it, but all I can say for sure is that they seemed happy about the work.I am, too.Tucker was great about following up with the Class IV paperwork which should save $800 in insurance premiums in the first year. They also submitted the documentation that produced a check from the insurance company for an adjustment - after they had been paid by me.Service: Roof installation

Wish my mother had listened to Eric when she had him out. Instead, we took the advice of another roofer from another company, set up an adjustment meeting that was denied. Should have listened to Eric when he told us there was no damage and to wait for another storm. Now we’re fighting an increase because of the claim my mother made even though it was denied. Only will use Eric from this point forward

Had 3 turbines replaced and 2 satellite dishes removed. Process was very easy from start to finish. Our rep, Aaron, came out and quickly assessed the areas of concern along with the solution to fix it. Once we agreed to the repairs, Sixto came out and did a great job - you can't tell we ever had satellite dishes on there. The new turbines look amazing as well. Highly recommend Tucker Roofing if you are searching out roofing contractors.

I believe that this was a blatant attempt at unnecessary enrichment. I've emailed local news stations to inform them about our situation. In my honest opinion of you, John Tucker, you're just a little coward! Why don't you respond to my review, John Tucker? I'd love to hear what you have to say! Collin County Cause No. 003-01558-2022 - John Tucker had the audacity to sue myself (a disabled veteran), my wife, and my elderly mother-in-law for $250,000 because I left Tucker Roofing the following review:My elderly mother-in-law hired Tucker Roofing Services to replace our roof after the devastating hail storm that swept through Wylie, TX, in the spring of 2016. In the spring of 2021, during a remodeling project, our contractor discovered that the Exhaust Fan Vents had not been installed when the roof was replaced in 2016 by Tucker Roofing. We called Tucker Roofing and spoke with Adam Dold, who was the representative we dealt with in 2016. Adam Dold came to our home to inspect the exhaust fans' vents and let us know that the vents had never been installed. This was confusing to us as we were under the impression it was Tucker Roofing's job to make sure all aspects of the roof were up to code, including the installation of exhaust fan vents in the bathrooms because there isn't a window that can open.In trying to resolve the matter, we located the estimate and invoice from the 2016 job completed by Tucker Roofing and found that radiant barrier decking was listed on the invoice but had not been installed in 2016. Adam Dold produced a fraudulent invoice with the words "radiant barrier" redacted. After confronting Adam Dold about the discrepancies between the two invoices, he admitted that the invoice was redacted "to reflect the materials not installed" and attempted to place blame on their supplier for their mistake. By Adam Dold's own admittance, Tucker Roofing had not installed radiant barrier decking that was paid for in 2016.The lengths that Tucker Roofing is willing to go through to hide their dishonest business practices are appalling and verging on the side of criminal behavior. Our family was forced to settle this matter through Small Claims Court because Tucker Roofing did not find it necessary to do the right thing.
