Mike is the best. He spent close to 3hrs working on my AC on a Friday after 5pm! Even though it was super hot out, he was still pleasant, professional, and thorough. After dealing with MANY contractors in this city, he's been the best so far.

Mike and Clay came out and were able to solve our AC issues that were left by a previous maintenance company, sent out by the home warranty company. They checked all pertinent systems and replaced the parts that needed replacement. Both these gentlemen were polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Alright. My experience this time was absolute garbage. My initial call was on a Saturday morning, I asked if they had any availability, knowing it's the weekend, and knowing that they are probably busy due to our high temperatures here in san angelo. But the dispatcher tells me yes! And I'm thinking okay great, schedules My appointment between 2p-3p. Well, 3pm rolls around and I have heard nothing, and no tech has come to my house. So i call the dispatcher again to get an update on the tech. She tells me she will call him and find out. 4 pm. No one has reached out to me. And I have to call the dispatcher again. Only to find out. They will not be coming. Because 1 tech had to go on a job out of town. And the 2nd tech is not on call this weekend. So okay im pretty upset, but I deal with it. And reschedule for Monday. I'm told Monday between 10a and 11a. Monday morning, 8:30a I call to verify my appointment. Because we have to have 1 person taking off work to be at the house. And I get confirmation. Okay great. Monday at 11am. No tech has arrived. I've not recieved any notice that they would be late? So I call the dispatch AGAIN! AND NOW IM BEING TOLD MY APPOINTMENT IS BETWEEN 11-12. At this point I am boiling. I am so frustrated. But there isn't anything I can do. But they continue to give me the run around. I'm really disappointed in my overall experience this go around. And no compensation for my hard time.2 years ago. They replaced my outside unit. Brand new unit, great service. The techs were awesome. The price was reasonable. I was so happy. This year.. was not the same story. I hope the owners of the business see this. And maybe take some corrective action.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Highly recommended. It was 109 degrees today and I got home after 7:00pm and the AC had quit. I called Mike and was glad I did he was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He's also made the same quick calls for my elderly 82 year old mom. Anyone who looks out for my mom and gives me the same great service is ACES in my book.

I requested a quote on an AC unit over a week ago and was told that on Monday I should get a quote. I called on Monday and was told they didn’t have one but they’d get me one the next day. It’s already the end of the week and I’ve heard nothing. Seems to be a common trend with these AC companies in San Angelo.

Great work crew, the guys that worked on my A.C. were polite, friendly, and willing to answer my questions. Timing was an issue as was scheduling, from what I could tell though, these guys were doing the best they could on a rough week or two. 5 star for the guys on site and their work, unfortunately scheduling was problematic.

Mike came out after our AC was acting up. He did maintenance and blew out the condensation pipe and put the pipe going out from the house. He was running a little late and called to let me know. I signed up for the twice a year maintenance. Very professionalService: HVAC system maintenance

Absolute paradise has been an ABSOLUTE BLESSING to my 94 yr old aunt that was heating her home by 2 space heater’s and her oven. These folks came out quickly and got her a brand new unit put in in 1 short afternoon. Her home has been so nice and warm and cozy every since they got it turned on.
