Would have given 5 stars, but did not, simply due to the fact that I'm a first time home buyer and has never worked with an inspector until recently. I will say that Steven was kind and walked me through the process of how the report works and broke it down in a way I can fully understand it. He also asked if we had any further questions and was happy to stay as long as we needed for said questions to be answered correctly and appropriately. Thank you Steven for a good experience, would definitely recommend Best in the West services!

Best in the West did a great job of inspecting every inch of our prospective home and giving a detailed report so it was easy for us to let our sellers know exactly what needed to be repaired or replaced. It was a quick and easy process.

Best in the West is awesome! They schedule quickly, you get the report instantly! He will meet your clients at the house at the end of the inspection and discuss it and show them issues if they desire. He is truly there to help and make sure your clients understand what he finds in the report. The software he uses is extremely user friendly. He is able to both the pest and home inspection all at the same time, and it SAVES your clients money!There aren’t enough words to describe the type of service they offer. I’ve used him for several inspections so far and all of my clients love how thorough he is.Excellent job. Strongly recommend to all home buyers and real estate agents.

Best in the West is my go to recommendation for both home and pest inspections. They will do your home and pest inspection together all in the same appointment, instead of having to use 2 separate companies. They are always quick to schedule appointments and once the inspection is done, they encourage all clients to come for a walk through where they will thoroughly explain their findings so you know exactly what you’re dealing with. Their software is also very easy to use and understand! Steven is always available for his clients to call if they have a question or concern, even months after the inspection has been completed. They are professional, prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. Can’t recommend them enough!
