Geno and his team were fantastic, quick, and gave us a beautiful new roof! They were by far the best price of everyone I talked to and performed excellent work. When one of his employees accidentally broke one of our windows due to the unforeseeable bounce of a large strip of metal roofing, Geno was quick to offer to fix it or pay for it, whichever we preferred. Called this roofing company cause I needed my roof done and I've seen these guys around town so I called and set up a estimate and they showed up but never received a bid so I waited a few days and they kept putting me off and saying they were going to give me a bid for my roof but never heard back from them even after calling them 2 times and talking to the owner he never got back to me like he said he would. I would not recommend this company to anyone. That is very unprofessional when you say something and never do it.

The people are friendly, do good quality work and mostly stand by their work. The flashing around the skylight was not installed properly and, after a rain storm, water leaked into the kitchen causing damage to the ceiling. While they quickly repaired the flashing they never did repair the ceiling although they kept promising they would get someone out to do it. After several months I finally had to pay someone else to make the repairs so I could sell the house.

There was so many problems when dealing with them. Im a young 24 year girl, single and they did not have any respect when I called with issues a few months later after buying a house they had done the roof on. I called and asked them to come fix a leak and asked about a part of the siding they torn off the paint to, they said they were busy but they will be by in a couple of weeks to fix the leak and paint the strip they tore off. After about a month, noone showed up. I called and left several messages, over 5, with issues of a leak still was occuring and I appreciate if they could call me back. I never got a call back. 3 months later I was so frustrated I called and left another voicemail stating if they do not take care of this leak I will have to take further action because by this point my patience was running thin. They called me back immediately, and said they would be right over. I told them I would be off work for another 2 hrs and I will meet them then. They went to my house anyways, used some fix a leak bottles (later on I found about 5 bottles in my back yard that my dogs were chewing on) they didn't even have the respect to throw them away. Then they left a voicemail on my phone saying they fixed the leak and would not be painting the house where they pulled the paint off, that was only going to be a courtesy. And nothing else. I wanted to call them back, but I was just so disappointed, I didnt. I'm disgusted with their customer service and how they think it's ok to treat people like that!!
