I've been dealing with Mueller, Inc out of San Angelo for years. Adam Frerich has proven to be the most helpful salesman I have ever worked with ever, anywhere. He always goes the extra mile to answer my questions and help me when ever an issue arises. Their delivery drivers are the best, I think I have worked with all of them and never that I can recall have they been less than outstanding in their timeliness, and willingness to unload my order in a way that best suits my needs. Mueller puts me first, letting me put my customers first.

I’m very pleased with the excellent service from Mueller in San Angelo. The sales rep Adam has help me immensely with my building in both the ordering and issues that I have encountered. Friendly and professional with tons of knowledge. Margaret at the front desk is alway so friendly and accommodating when help is required. Ben has assisted me many times when Adam was busy or unavailable. He too has demonstrated knowledge and professionalism making it easy to purchase items or gain information on any particular problem. The guys in the back always call me by name and are efficient and friendly, to mention a few by name Cookie, Robert Ronnie and without doubt Pete. My experience with Mueller San Angelo had been a pleasure and I can say without hesitation that I am well pleased and well served!

We had a new home built in 2014 and the builder used Mueller’s galvalume metal on the roof, approximately at 7 years of roof age part of the metal turned dull and part of it didn’t. I contacted mueller and response was: “it happens”. Interesting I have shop with the same materials built prior and no issues and I haven’t seen other metal roofs with the issue. My warning to consumers is to not use their galavalume product unless you want to risk having a roof with different shades.Reached out to local San Angelo Mueller Management after their response and they don’t know who responds to reviews within their company, but did say that the galvalume roof product does change and it could be years before it all changes the same shade, if at all.

The staff at the San Angelo locational are incredible. You cannne having a rough day and when you walk in margrit and staff great you with a smile. And provide heat customer service. Adam is the sales rep that I use the most and the guy just goes above and beyond to ensure you get the materials needed to get your project completed. I walk in his office with just basic measurements and and basic drawing and he turns it into exactly what I need l. I’ve dealt with every sales rep and they are the same way.I can call Adam and say hey man I under figured something and boom he’s on it and gets it’s made and to me in a timely manner. The guys load Jesé and all the other guys out in the shop get you in and out and I can’t say enough about the freindlyness and service that muellers provide its operates like a well oiled machine and for those reasons is why I deal with muellers great staff great products quick turn around and just over all a great atmosphere!!!!
