Had three carts of material fully loaded with lumber and various items. The only checker said she was just closing I had to go to self checkout I had everything all blocked up. Another time I call in the morning to place a order they said it would be ready by 11:00 got to the store and they haven't even started pulling it . Another time I placed a order to be delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered I had my crew waiting all day till 8:00 pm they didn't even call me and say it wasn't coming and I had to wait another 4 days for a delivery I had to pay my guys and the go pick up the very large order myself . When I go there I get a cart from the parking lot pull my own big order check myself out load by myself and put my carts up I have spent around $12,000 dollars there in less than 2 months I am ready to quit my homedepot job .

I rented a snake to snake out my drain. The cord had all kinds of kinks in it did not do the job as it should have. I brought it to the attention of the person when I brought it back they didn’t offer me another sake they didn’t turn around and offer me a discount off the high rental prices. They already charge check out your equipment before you take it really piss poor service. I do have to say they were very kind and friendly Helpful when they rented me The snake

Not too impressed. My appliances were canceled by a gentleman in the store and never called us. On day of expected delivery I find out our stuff isn't coming.The manager JP promised assistance the next morning, knowing he wasn't scheduled to work. 2 weeks now without washer/dryer

They have Back to the Roots seeds which are the best you can get. I also recommend the grow kits as they can really get your kids interested in this field of study. They have a decent clearance section to but the prices tend to be high on some things.

I generally like Home Depot, but don’t order for pickup or curbside delivery from here. I’ve tried several times and always get warped or cracked lumber, returned items, etc. I assume it’s their policy to pawn garbage or effective product off on people who aren’t picking it out themselves off their shelves. The good news is they’ll take it back in returns/for exchange, buts it’s a huge hassle. Shoppers beware! ;)

Very disappointed in the help I have had in getting a credit card I have not received yet, over a month ago. I will not ever be using Home Depot after I pay this off. Customer service has continuously hung up on me without updating information or verifying information given so that I know my card will finally be making it to me. I am 7-10 phone calls in with no results.

They’re better than Lowe’s but I don’t recommend sending anything to the store for pickup. They won’t always call or text like they’re supposed to then blame the website when you ask why your order was cancelled.

Jeff was so nice and helpful. My daughter accidentally broke a glass outdoor decor. Jeff cleaned up the mess, gave my daughter a lollipop and told her it was ok accidents happen because she was in tears. He was so understanding and nice about it all. Thank you Jeff.

It's December and the decorations are out. The store has plenty of sales going on and the shelves are neatly stocked. I was a little bummed that they put all the seed starting stuff away for the winter, but found everything else I came for.Star deduction for lack of space in aisles.

No one wants to help. A plumbing isle was closed for 25 minutes while 2 employees checked their phones. Probably still closed for all I know. I left. Headed to lowes.

I can only speak for the paint department, but the representative there was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I got everything I needed to work on my project, which is pretty much what you expect from a hardware store. A+, 5 stars, bravo!

So I’m giving two stars simply because I usually have a good experience at Home Depot. Well I recently placed an online order and it was not ready so I went into the store (around 7:30pm) and inquired on the status and expressed the fact that I needed to get the supplies to the contractors some 70 miles away. I was told that the order would be picked by the end of the night so I could pick it up at 6am the next day and deliver it to the ranch at a reasonable time so the work can get done. At 6:02am I walked into Home Depot and was told that my order still was not ready. So now I either wait for the order or walk around and purchase all the items a second time and wait for my refund from the online purchase. I’m limited on time and so now my schedule is altered. Hope this doesn’t happen again.

So we purchased a outdoor discovery set !!♡ so excited when we received it there was alot of confusion about who is responsible for the set up / assembly by the end of it we were told to hire a handyman so we also heard the assembly number was rediculous high contractor assembly arm and leg etc so we put it together ourselves took us 5 days book says 10 hours psh we worked morning and night lol some the pieces were offset haha but I wouldnt change it me and my husband had so much fun building !!turned into a great project ...

Pretty good when you need something for bigger or more in depth projects. Really good selections but my biggest complaint is their online store never matches what they actually have. I needed a couple pvc 2" 45's and online it said they were out but went to get some other things and checked and they had a huge box of exactly what I was looking at online. Little thing but for me it saves a lot of time if I know who has what before I leave to get it.Service is really bad in San Angelo. One of the employees wanted $100 just to talk to them and the manager could care less.

Simply called to discuss an online order i placed and it never shipped but San Angelo had 2 in stock and i would drive there to buy it. However the young lady who answered the phone was so interested at arguing and being right it made me not want to do any business. She obviously didnt know her policies as she asked for reassurance to back her side of things. I only wanted to cancel my online order as it hadnt shipped yet, buy it in san angelo. Unbeleivable. The way these younger people get so proud instead of taking care of the customer. God forbid an employee doesnt know their job well enough has to ask 4-5 times wjether what she says is correct or not. They get their feelings hurt if you xisagree and it becomes a power struggle. Very unprofessional.

I used their app to make a purchase for curbside pickup. Once there I had difficulty communicating that I was there and my spot number. I had to call the store to inform them I was ready to pick up my items. Luckily after 10 to 15 rings someone picked up and i was able to get my items. Next time I won't be using the app

My visit was unpleasant. Next time I rather shop at Lowe's. Reason one : no one was willing to help they all seemed to be busy doing nothing just scrolling on their phones as if they were busy. Reason two : when I asked for help they sent me to the isle or even to the wrong isle as if they didn't have the time to take take you seriously as the paying customer which they are there to help in the first place to find what you needed. Fixing up a restroom is a big job so we had a list with 10 items. It took us 2 hours to find what we needed. Only one person helped and walked away. It's very disappointing when employees are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. So sad. I rate their service 1 outta 10. Disappointing

Parts were missing on a Samsung gas range, Samsung gave me a run around, calling the same numbers back and forth, no one would help, Home Depot does not Care, I will never purchase from this company or Samsung again. If I could put a falling star on the review I would. I was told to buy a new part off amazon, I had even purchased the five year protection. Worthless!!!!!

Great place friendly people! Just wish they would stock more milwaukee cordless power tools like the new M18 cordless table saw and the new M12 stubby impact. Midland depot has like 25 table saws in stock and San Angelo has none. An employee told me it was because of how much the store sells but San Angelo store seems to sell alot. I always have to order my milwaukee products online, I just wish I could run to the store in my town.

Went looking for patio furniture and accesories. Being early spring, thought there would be a good selection. Boy was I wrong. Their in store selection was very poor. Appears this is yet another business trying to get rid of 'brick and mortar' stores.

They better be good, they’ve been at it long enough. Sometimes even better than good, they let us trade in a honey do shower we purchased closer to a year ago for a tub. Which was great cause I didn’t want to put in that shower. Has it been that long?

Good experience, but they need more help. There are not enough people working on the floor to help all customers find things. When I found someone to help me, he didn't know what isle the item was located on. Also, I don't like going thru the self checkout. I prefer to have someone ring up my purchases. I know it's a way to reduce the number of employees needed, but not the level of service that I want.

Drove over 5 hours because I was told they could have carpet installed for me in Ozona TX. Pretty much lied to get a customer there as I needed other stuff that I could ha e ordered at my local HD.

Do NOT PAY FOR INSTALL!!! They will find a reason to not install your appliances! They do not stand behind the delivery!! After calling they said o sorry if you drive up to the store we can credit you, why can’t they credit my card over the phone? They literally are a disaster to work with! Last Chance for me! I will take my business to Lowe’s!

Great hardware store. Just place additional registers on the other side of the store...per second visit, service was wonderful. If anything at all, which isn't a problem, integrate a nut and/or screw purchasing method that may be easy to scan. But, that's not an issue at all, I just enjoy thinking of things like that
