Called to have a small hole "fixed" in my ceiling. Roy and his crew suggested that it would be easy, that they would patch the hole. The only other thing we were asked is if we would like the patch to match the popcorn ceiling, which we replied with no.Apparently, a patch means to simply shove a piece of drywall into the hole so that most of it is covered, and that's it. No sealing or anything else. We didn't understand that, which is why we called professionals, but Roy would have us convinced that this was understood from the mention of a "patch".When we called to express our concerns, he told us that he explained there is no sealing, mudding, or squaring, etc. with a "patch", what we should have asked for was a "patch repair." As a customer relying on professionals, how can I be expected to know that? I'm fairly certain that is not common knowledge outside professional circles.As a business owner responding to a customer complaint, he was rude the entire conversation. He criticized my lack of knowledge of "drywall lingo" and how these jobs work (which is why I called), swore and shouted, and sarcastically asked if I wanted him to "make it pretty".If you want Roy to work on your home, be very clear about what you want. Otherwise, he'll expect you to know the difference between a "patch" and a "patch repair", leaving dust all over your floor, claiming to have swept it up.

Roy and his team went above and beyond our expectations and installed drywall and textured our ceilings in our large/tall den in just a matter of days. After 30 years of hiring at a local software company I’ve always considered myself quite adept at reading people for hire - employees or contractors. I really missed on this one and it cost me.After walk through and talking about everything I want done, they called later and emailed a quote. Said targeting two weeks but possibly three. Turned out 9/3 to 10/13. That’s when they left with my money and never returned because I kept showing them missed/problem areas.Now I’m hiring another contractor to finish their mess. They did a lot in five weeks but their work seems like a bunch of welders doing painting. Closet doors and drawers painted shut. Light fixtures painted. Almost every wall plate needs cleaning or replacing. Left all the A/C vents on the ground (I should be glad they removed them).Triple C was NOT the right choice. There are dozens. Find another.Not recommended.

Roy does a good job on what he does but is unreliable. Only had touch ups to do to finish the job, asked if he could do it the next day and be paid the remainder before then, then never wanted to come back or finish. Will update if he ever decides to return calls or messages.

We had Roy and his crew do drywall work and clear out brush. He did not finish the job. He left dangerous metal and debris in a large pile right next to our house where my children play and did not finish clearing the property like he said he would. Would not recommend.

Water damage caused ceiling to collapse. Triple C came in and repaired the massive hole. Beautiful job, no one would ever be able to see where this repair was done. Will definitely use them again.
