TriTex installed an automatic gate on our property about a year ago. They did a great job installing the gate! It was our first experience with an automatic gate and so there were a few learning curves on our end! Every time we called Chase he either answered right away or called us back within 24 hrs. Their customer service is awesome! Chase walked us through changing gate codes more than a few times! We really appreciate the people at TriTex and highly recommend them! Chase Howells and everyone at TriTex did a great job renovating our old brick and wrought iron fence, which was built back in '87 but now looks new again. It was a difficult job--before calling TriTex, I had 3 "fence guys" look at it... all said they'd get us a quote but never did, and they all stopped returning calls and texts. Chase came out on time, gave me a quote the next day, and started working as soon as possible. The price was fair for the excellent quality of workmanship and (most impressively) when I noticed a small problem with the wrought iron finish after we had paid the bill in full, TriTex came out and made it right. The entire staff at TriTex Fence created an unfortgettable experience for us. From the quote to the finishing touches on our 8ft fence cedar fence created a sense of privacy and security I personally can't recommend enough! If you're in the market and looking for a job well done DO NOT waste your time calling anyone else. Chase (the owner) will personally come out and make sure your fence is going to be built exactly to your liking! He's a top notch contractor that San Angelo and the surrounding areas are lucky to have. Our job was supposed to start on a Tuesday and got rained out pushing the start to Friday. By Saturday evening they were completely finished and that's with tearing down the old fence and hauling it off. Overall we couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service! Thanks Again
