They were prompt, very attentive to details, extremely polite, knowledgeable of their product, and demonstrated a professional work ethic. March 8, 2024 met with sales professional and ordered the desired products with process thoroughly explained, which time paid half of total cost. April 17, 2024 five installers on the crew arrived promptly at 8:00AM as promised, introduced themselves and removed a 30 year old sliding patio door and 8 windows which were replaced with triple pane replacement windows & a center hinged door with equipped blinds. After installation, cleaned the glass, caulked and removed all debris. Before the crew left, the various door and window options were explained. Project completion documents were then signed. The crew departed by 2:40PM. By about 4:00PM, paid remaining balance in-person at Window Depot where assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The entire process was seamless from start to conclusion. Products from Window Depot are a sensible investment in your home or business. Pleased with exemplary sales, installation crew, office staff and product line.

Casey and Lynn have done a great job of taking care of me. I purchased triple-pane for all windows in my home several years ago, and more recently they replaced a sliding patio door for my parents. Their workers are professional, they clean the area, and their business is the only one I call. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

The windows looked great in the end. They are great at keeping the sound and temperature outside. But the framing made no sense. Seems like the measured wrong and had to add wood all around the window. I won't be using them again. You will probably have better luck then me. I just hope all the extra wood and caulking will last a long time.Service: Window installation

On 09.11.2023 Casey and another gentleman came to my home to take a look at the project and take measurements. On 09.19.2023 I called the office to inquire about when I should expect a quote. The lady told me she would get an answer and call me back. I never received a phone call. On 10.29.2023 I received an email quote from Casey, by that time Advanced Custom Windows had been to my home, provided a quote, and placed an order for the doors.

The windows (5) we purchased from Window Depot for our Dining area look beautiful. As we do not have window coverings on our windows because we enjoy the view of our backyard, the triple pane windows have made a tremendous difference in conducting heat and cold. I just wish we had done it sooner. Hoppy was quick to come out and measure and our windows arrived sooner than I expected. I was told that they would be out the next and it would probably be afternoon as we were their second job that day. Much to my surprise, they arrived first thing in the morning and quickly got to work. Both Brandon and Tye wasted no time in getting the windows installed and showing me how to open, lock, and tilt the windows when I needed to clean them. Before they left for the day, they vacuumed my Dining area and made sure the outside was also free of debris. Hoppy checked in on us a few days after the installation to make sure all was well. We are truly love our new windows and would highly recommend Casey, Lynn, Hoppy, Brandon, Tye, and the crew at Window Depot.Service: Window installation

From the first inquiry phone call to the clean-up after installation, this company was A+ with customer service and professionalism. My estimate was done the same day I called, the order was handled quickly, the financing was an easy process. The communication was great, so I was never left wondering what the order status was. And then comes installation day, and I can't say enough great things about Caleb and Joe. These guys were on time, professional in every way, and really cared about the job they were doing. I had windows replaced today. Was concerned as many people are anymore that the quality of service and material was going to be sub par as many places are these days. Ordering was my first concern as I was told it would take about 3 months to receive the order. Time dragged by. As it usually does when you want to hurry and fix something. I was concerned but I always want to be fair and take a man for his word. In doing so I learned that not all businesses are questionable. Windows depot very explicitly explained what I was to expect from them and they did not let me down. My wife and I were tickled to death when the young men finished their job today. The quality of work these two young men put before us was impeccable. They explained everything that had been done in such a manner that a 5 year old would understand. They never dallied in their labor and made every movement amount to something completing their job in a professional manner. We asked around quite a lot to get the right people to do our windows. After the Texas freeze of 2021, we needed to get rid of the mid-century single pain glass. We redid the entire house with triple-pane windows. Installation took 1 and a half days for 20 windows. AJ and Fabian were the team members who worked here. They were kind, informative, funny, and professional. They made certain that we were satisfied with their work before they left the house. Terry Long’s presentation of the triple-paned windows was extremely impressive, and I was very pleased with the installation. The windows have been so effective in keeping my electric bill down; with my a/c set at 78, my house stays very cool. The triple panes block outside noise, the glass is so easy to clean inside and out, snd the screens are almost invisible so I can enjoy my views of cardinals and deer. I would have waited 6 weeks for installation, but the installation was done exactly when it was scheduled. I brag all the time on my wonderful windows, and today I found out that the screens that have been attacked by the grasshopper plague will be rescreened for free-what a terrific customer service! Ordered window for rental property. We were installing ourselves. When arrived scheduled delivery. They forgot about me twice. Go to install, 4 are wrong size. They admit they ordered wrong size. Their mistake have to now wait another six weeks for delivery. Again they arrive they deliver and one is broken. (Why would you deliver a broken window)why would you not tell me me when I call to achedule delivery. Now I willI have to go back again when they go to repair it.By now we are not happy talk to manager they should make it right and install for free. He tries to charge me more after all the mistakes and having to wait 3 months for Windows. Ask to talk to owner. He never returns call. He is conveniently out of the office every time I call. .maybe if my last names was Jones or Smith.

My home was built in 1951, original windows original screens, probably original paint Ha. I knew I needed to make the investment with new windows for energy reasons mostly. I called in town out of town high and low. Window depot was by far the best price and proved to be unbelievably easy, comforting, and friendly. With the lifetime warranty you can't go wrong. We needed more than 10 windows replaced in our home. Owner showed up for appointment but would not get back with us with an estimate. Called and left several messages, even with owner’s son, who was apologetic, and assured us his dad would call us back when he returned from being off. He never did. Gave up after several months and used another company. Very disappointed with customer service.

Will not back up there product after you pay them. Beware...I have called 15-20 times in the last 4 months. The only way I can you respond is to leave a bad review. I will have another company make me a screen. I do not want to deal with your company again. I spent over 5k on 7 windows. I couldn't get you to fix a screen in 4 months, how good is your warranty?Service: Window installation

Replaced over 20 windows, paid right at 12,000.00, job not completed. Not happy at all with overall finish of job. Have expressed disappointment with company.. but like many things these days, people are quick to take your money, and you don't end up getting what you thought you were paying for. I am happy with the windows.. they are great, not the finishing out of the installation process and trim.

Need windows? This is the place to go. I had all our windows changed out in my house. It made me really nervous because I didn't want to change the look of my home.They came out and measured, ordered the windows, scheduled a time to put them in. They sent their A team out to install my windows (I am sure they are all A teams). They were complete in 1 1/2 days. They cleaned up - everything was like clock work. I am 100% satisfied with the product, installation and customer service.

I'm a truck driver who had a scheduled delivery to this place. I talked on the phone with Kelly who was very nice. Excellent customer service! This place was extreemly easy to find and even have a little gravel area for trucks to park on and wait for their delivery time...even of it's not until the following day! On that note, as a warning to drivers that decide to use it... Be very careful on how you come on to the gravel lot when coming from Chadbourne St. There is a little dip that don't look like much of nothing... but when u hit it... it yells otherwise! LoL!
