Phenomenal job by Scott and crew. Just bought a house which needed three bedrooms and a living room carpet cleaned. These guys worked through a very hot house as the electricity hadn't been turned on yet. They did fantastic with the carpet cleaning. Definitely recommend!

Dawson and Joey from Xtra Clean were on time, professional, friendly fellas. My apartment carpets were finished in an hour. They are refreshed, clean and smell amazing. Had a 5 X 7 rug cleaned. The owner told me it would take maybe one to two days and it took 5 days total. I had to message them the day before I moved asking if it was ready and it was still “drying” but it would be at 5 pm and he would message me then. He never messaged me again I had to and he said oh sorry I forgot can you come by the shop at 8:30 am tomorrow to pick it up? Sure no problem this is the day I am moving but since it’s in the morning I’ll run by and grab it. So I get here and the shop is locked... call the owner and he said yeah just wait a couple minutes the guys should be there in a minute they have a job they have to do at 9. They didn’t show up until 8:46. Very unprofessional and not on time. When they do show up, it’s not ready they have to take it into the shop to spray it with a deodorizer. This made the rug wet again, so it was not dry after leaving the shop. I left the shop at 8:58 when I was asked to show up at 8:30. After posting this review the shop owner was angry about it and reached out to me arguing with the post. I gave him the rug Tuesday and he returned it Saturday. That is five days. He is very unprofessional and rude.Service: Area rug cleaning
