Zinyex remodeling group, we trusted you with our bathroom renovations. We expect you to have integrity matching your a 4.5 review score.Our shower pan is cracking and your representative left a voice-mail saying it is not going to be covered under warranty; caiming this is the result of a chemical and that we are at fault. We've had this shower less than 1 year. We do not use harsh chemicals to clean the shower. We take standard showers with soap and water. This is not our fault. During our service call your agent stated this was a known issue and that the shower floor needs to be either be recoated or the shower pan needs to be replaced entireley.We also received notification you're already selling off the account to another bank. What's really going on here is you're pushing off the repairs until it's under someone's else's name and not yours. Unacceptable. As soon as we made the claim you sent the letter youre selling the loan to another bank. We needed the tub in one of our bathrooms replaced with a shower. The product offered by Zintex met our needs and is of good quality. Ryan, our installer, however, went above and beyond in his service to us. What should have been a simple remove-and-replace operation became much more. There was some structural damage behind the old time that required replacing three or four 2x4s and replacing the insulation before the new shower walls could be installed. The whole operation took three days. Ryan was promptly there every day and worked all day long without complaint. He even returned after we were able to use the shower when we discovered that the water was not draining. He fixed this, and I am sure any other company would say, "well, you'll have to call a plumber." It took this company almost 7 months to even show up to redo our bathrooms. They finally showed up on 11-7-22 and they got all the wrong measurement's I'm one shower after completely demolitioning it. Then tell us they have to custom make the shower and left it in pieces. . This is my son's bathroom. You can see the ground and in the shower you can see through it. They didn't knock out shelves or paint anything in our main bathroom like we asked. We had to buy it own sink and toilet and sand valves and they installed them. We had to take our own wall heater out and cap it off. Today we had to call a plumber to unclog the bath tub that charged us $400. 00 more dollars. This clog was the whole reason for calling them in the first place mind you. They got a check written the day we signed 7 months ago for $32,000 which was immediately cashed. The work they have done isn't worth $2,000 . This has been a nightmare. They have us bound. by a contract.

I recently had my bathtub removed and replaced with a large step in shower. I was told it would take two days to complete, which is exactly how long it took. One young man arrived and I thought no way is this young man going to be able to complete this by himself. Boy was I wrong! Ryan was knowledgeable, very professional,and listened to my requests and made suggestions ie: where the handicap bars should be placed. Robert, a Zintek representative, came to see what we are considering, which is removing an old bathtub with shower, and the old tile, and replace with new shower.Robert was excellent at explaining what would be done then showing us samples. He was not rushing us. He outlined the cost and described the company’s history, and the Good Housekeeping pledge. We had a few questions, which he was happy to answer. Nightmare everything went wrong. from not framing right for sliding door but for them luckily they still had the old style door.It took two days to come in. To drain would not drain water out. That took three weeks to get corrected. Had have concrete jack hammered up to unclog the the stack. They said they only cover 8 feet of pipe clearing after this happened. So I had to hire my own plumbers to come and fix their problem.After about month and half it finally was finished.

They came out and did a great job. They found some unrelated issues and worked with our schedule to get them done. Very good communication. Did the project for my elderly grandma and kept is both in the loop. Can't say enough about how they helped out. I know she made the right decision in choosing them. Our new shower works great for us. My husband and I wanted a shower that was beautiful and one that we would never have to worry with again. Bath Planet delivered. The shower is beautiful. The Forever Warranty is such a comfort. We paid more for this shower than we would have if we had purchased it somewhere else, or had it built and tiled, but we never have to worry with it again, so I guess it's worth the extra money.

We have a shower that started growing mold after a tub to shower conversion 4 years ago. Gaston with Zintex remodeling has shown me how Zintex will fix my moldy shower by removing existing tile and base and replacing with properly installed base and walls, ADA compliant grab bars, 4 shelves and glass doors. Gaston has assured me that The BathPlanet system will fix my problem. My wife and I are excited to have Zintex complete this project.

My father-in-law wanted to purchase a shower. Was going to pay cash upfront. They said his wife had to be at appointment. He told them she was not available that she is out of town taking care of elderly mother, and that he made all decisions.They did not want his money, as they insisted she be there, would not work with us at all. They were very unprofessional and uncooperative. We would not recommend this company at all.

To save you from reading a lengthy review, my only advice is to get MULTIPLE quotes from other providers FIRST before signing ANYTHING with them! The reason(s) will become obvious. Also, pay attention to what they 'say' vs what they actually 'do' in following up with you after you sign with them - should you get that far.Needless to say, I did NOT go with Zintex but elsewhere.
