This is the second time in over 7 years that we selected A-Tex to reroof our main house, an then my rental house just a couple of months ago. Both times they provided excellent service. Their full staffed crews were very timely and fixed underlying gutter rot problems on facia boards. I hired A-Tex based on a friends recommendation. Apparently if you're a realtor you may get good value. I needed approximately 100 ft of privacy fence installed. It was challenging to get an appointment because again, I'm not a realtor. Finally did get an appointment and I was told that the "top of the line" fence guy would do then install. Didn't happen. There was 1 qualified installer and an apprentice. It's was about 102 outside that day and I genuinely felt bad for the guy doing the bulk of the work. They left my house at 8:47 PM.When I went outside the next morning my head about exploded. There were large piles of cement all over the place, the triangle makes absolutely no sense to me at all. It was never conveyed to me that anybody would be out the next day to clean up. I sent a scathing email and the same 2 guys showed up and the "fence expert". There was some clean up done and the rain washed the rest of the piles of cement away.I started pointing out the various things I was unhappy with and apparently the "fence expert" found it amusing. He would laugh when I pointed things out. I texted the PM and told him I was more mad than before because this "fence expert" thought it was funny. He told me that this man has a tic or something. Perhaps sending someone out with that type of problem to a client that is very unhappy was not the best course of action.I still don't have any idea what the stupid triangle is for. I also have no clue of anything was done to check for power/gas/cable lines along the fence. I also have no clue what they lined the new fence up against the part of the fence that was already there. When I pointed these things out via email and text I never got any resolution. I guess substandard work for non realtors is acceptable for this company. I wouldn't recommend this company for fence work ever.

I wish I could say I had the same service others report on these reviews. Atex installed a new roof in 2017 after the hailstorm in Texas. I recently started noticing a leak in my garage. I have had 3 seperate roofer take a look at my roof and ALL of them have told me that my roofing system is not installed up to code. Called ATEX and they sent someone out to take a look. He told me that the reason I have a leak is because of a solar panel installation. The leaks I have are not near where there is a solar panel installation. He told me that the pitch of my roof was 3.4. This is completley false. The pitch of my roof is well under a 2.12. In the state of Texas, IRC code mandates certain criteria for ANY roofing system under a 2.12 pitch. I was able to get ATEX roofing to come out again so I could go up on the roof an measure the pitch with him. Every where that was measured was below a 2.12. The roofer told me that he always rounds up to a 2.12 and that this is standard. Every roofing company, including my insurance, has told me that this is a complete lie. I contacted the CEO at ATEX who told me that they only build what insurance tells them to build and that they do not have to install up to code if it is not indicated by insurance. I am not a roofer, when we put our trust and money into ATEX we assumed they would build our roof up to code and at the very least strong enough to withstand leaks. It has only been 6 years since we got our new roof. Atex refuses to take any responsibility for this serious leak I am having and it is extremely disapointing. I cannot afford to repair this problem and it is only getting worse. I am still hopeful that ATEX will do the right thing and repair their poor workmanship.

A-Tex installed my roof 12 years ago, I have had no issues whatsoever since the roof has been installed. It has gone through hail, high winds and heavy rain. I recently was updating my insurance and needed the certificate for the roof rating on my metal roof. When I called and spoke with Nicholas, he remembered me after all this time and promptly forwarded me my certificate. I highly recommend A-Tex. I previously used this company to replace my garage door. I was impressed with the techs professional manner. When my garage door opener died I called them to replace it . Alex came over and replaced opener explaining everything he was doing. He then programmed all my openers to include both vehicles and made sure all were working properly before he left. Alex called a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was good. Great customer service, great company. I would definitely recommend.

I have had the fortune to engage A-Tex Roofing over the past two years from assisting with an insurance claim to assistance with roof venting to address a heat build up issue we were experiencing. From the ownership (Nicholas) to the inspector/estimating team (Philip) to the installers (Alfonso) to the final inspection and quality control (Randall) there was the utmost professionalism, thoughtfulness, and flexibility. They listen to their customer’s needs and requests and provide an very positive customer experience. 9/12/2018I had a roof leak on May, 2015. Ceiling is 18ft high, so painting over the water stain is very hard work. Anyway, A-tex roofing came out and fixed the roof (it was vent boot leaking). They did not replace the boot (it is less than $10 each), just put some roofing cement on it (what a poor job. I am sure they knew it was going to leak again but not during warranty period(1 yr)). And they charged $575 for it. I got another leak at the same place again about a week ago (we had 8 inches of rain over night). This time, I called other roofing company, and they replaced 3 entire vent flashings, not just patch work. They gave me 3 yr warranty. And they charged less. I don't recommend A-Tex at all to anybody!

I have done business with A-TEX in the past and they have never let me down. Their sales people are very courteous, and professional. They explain the entire process with you and when your roof is finished, they return to your home to inspect the quality of their work and to see if the customer is satisfied.I HAVE THE BEST LOOKING ROOF IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD! I have a brand new and beautiful roof. Everyone at A-TEX was very professional and provided great information and advice concerning any questions that troubled me. Especially helpful were Phil and Nicholas, always available to mediate and answer any questions.... and Umberto and Joshua were were efficient and went the extra mile to be sure that i was completely satisfied. I contacted my insurance company to be sure that I would receive the new roof credit .... and found out that it increased my home value by about 20,000 dollars. I have used this company many times and they are professional and do excellent work. I had a lot of rotted wood and broken wood and they fixed it. Then they also painted my house. Built A fence and demoed a old porch that is not needed. and they install new doors. I have a new house basically. I am so happy. it was a great experience. This time was construction though I have had a few roofs over the years and they are amazing. you can't go wrong withA-tex. they can do just about anything so call them first.Service: Drywall installation

I wasnt even using their services at all but he was very helpful on the phone and went the extra mile to tell me of some places i could get shingles on the weekend when all the suppliers are closed. A-TEX replaced a roof from the hail storm of 2017 and addressed a leak in the chimney at the same time. Five years and another hail storm later, I had a leak at the chimney again. The repair was handled by a different company this time around, but A-TEX stood by their original guarantee that their workmanship was guaranteed for the life of the roofing system. With photos of before/after the most recent repair, A-TEX offered to cover the portion of the repair that was not done sufficiently the first time. Nicholas, Randall, Billy, & Patrick are very professional, friendly, and highly qualified for the work they do. A-ATEX is a one stop all inclusive company that will meet all your repair needs. My emergency was treated as if it was their own emergency. Response was on time, price point absolutely reasonable especially during these hard times with recent inflation. My roof was leaking on on the 2nd story roof as well as rotting decking on my 1st story roof. The repair was expedient and the care to clean the work sight was exceptional. I also decided to have gutters installed around the entire perimeter. Color match is perfect, installation was on time, and again price point was within my budget. Please consider A-ATEX first and foremost before choosing the lowest bidder. I would definitely recommend A-Tex any time you need roofing work done. I required quick work for a rental home and they sent Chip over to assess the damage. He was very courteous and showed up when he was supposed to, which is more than I can say for some of his competitors! Additionally, the guys that came to install and repair the roof were also just as nice, did a great job, and completed on time. They cleaned up the entire work area and left not a speck of evidence that they were even there once the job was completed. I will definitely do business with A-Tex again if I ever have another roofing problem!

I contacted A-TEX via their website over the weekend my issue started. They followed up ASAP Monday. Everyone was friendly and courteous in every transaction.The estimator Phil came out at the agreed time and throughly inspected my roof for the leak I reported and identified additional potential issues. He quickly worked out a quote that would allow me to chose the extent of work I wanted done.The day of the work the crew was quick with the repair. The roof looks so good I can't tell where the repair was done. To top it all off, they cleaned all the debris up. I have never had a roofing crew pickup nails or staples as completely as these guys.A-TEX is who you should call for any roofing needs.

A-TEX is true to their warranty and does what needs to be done to make it all correct.After a hail storm, A-TEX performed a full replacement for us. We did experience some leaks but they were addressed quickly and repaired. At one point, we had a medical issue with a child which kept us from booking one of the repairs needed to the interior. A-TEX was patient and left the decision on appropriate timing up to us. About 6 months later, things were better and they came out and did the necessary repairs. The painter just left our home. They stood behind their work as advertised and most importantly were good to us when we needed them to be flexible. There was no hassle at all and we are thankful to have worked with them throughout this odd time in life.

I highly recommend A-TEX Roofing and will use them for any future roofing needs. They are very professional, courteous and they clearly care about doing a great job for their customers. My job need was a small repair: a few shingles had blown off my roof, so I wanted to have them repaired before any leaks started to develop. As this was a 2-story house and I’m a single woman, I wanted to hire someone trustworthy, meaning that I stick with companies that will insure the job and have good reviews online. I called 3 places to get quotes: Place 1 did not return my call, Place 2 set up an appointment but didn’t show up. Place 3, A-Tex Roofing, answered my first call instead of me having to leave a message, and the estimator called me 2 hours before his appointment time to say he was on-schedule for our time. He was professional and very considerate of preventing damage to my gutters as he climbed onto the roof to inspect the damage. He showed me pictures of the damage and emailed me a quote. Since their base price was a little high for only repairing a few shingles, he suggested that while his guys are on the roof, they could do a whole roof inspection and maintenance, and leave me with the remaining shingles to match for future repairs. That was an excellent compromise! I had to go to work that day, but the crew manager called to let me know that they were there and everything was going well. The yard was very clean when I got home. I am not worried when it rains now, thanks to their job well done.
