We hired accu-rite roofing to complete a house remodel after two other contractors bailed on us. At first they were eager to help us but soon after it was delay after delay they either had other projects and were not able to send anyone. The process took forever because sometimes they would only send one person at a time. We always asked if we were on schedule but we could never get a definite answer. 11 months later the project was completed but we had several issues with cracked flooring which took forever to get repaired. Now we have cracked ceilings where header beams were installed and now they are saying they won't cover warranty because they did not perform an excavation that they had quoted us for. This was the second time we had used accu-rite and we were hesitant to give them a second chance because of some issues we had on the first go around. But be assured there will not be a third. They are not easy to work with and everything is always the customers fault.

I hired them to install a new roof on my home in 2017 after the hail storms. I am trying to sell the home now and the home inspector found roofing nails coming loose and minor shingle damage. I contacted Blanca at Accu-Rite who promised to honor their warranty and make the repairs very quickly. It has been over two weeks and no repairs and now Blanca is avoiding my calls. Buyer beware of any company that does not honor their warranty.

Mr. Belden and his team are more than a professional specialty company. They truly are honest, fair and incredibly reasonable and handy. They care about resolving issues and concerns you are having in a prompt and reasonable price and time. Scheduled estimate, nobody showed. Got voicemail rescheduling for next morning. Morning comes, nobody showed or contacted me to reschedule. Called to inquire, was given a 3rd time when someone would arrive, nobody showed up and did not call.update: have been contacted by the sales manager and is working to make the situation right. will update final rating once everything has been accomplished
