Start to finish a great experience. I was looking for a company to come out and replace the roof vents on my tile roof with solar fans. Called a few companies and received the typical run around and quotes all over the map. Ryan quoted me a fair price, scheduled the job within the same week and sent his tile roofing expert who CLEARLY knew what he was doing. Taylor is fantastic. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster and made sure that everything got taken care of as soon as possible. I had my roof done in April of 2015 and have been very pleased with the results and the quick response to weather repairs. Had wind blow a few shingles off but William Clarkson and his crew responded very fast and completed the work in a timely manner. Great customer service!!! Had my roof replaced by Action roofing a few years ago . Quality work, a great company. So many people who stopped complementing my new roof and asking for the phone number of the roofing company. I now see several homes here in Ashley Place have had their roof installed by Action roofing after mine was installed and everyone of them are highly satisfied. Give them a call if you wnat quality work at an affordable price.

They have done my roof twice thanks to hurricanes Hermione 2010, Harvey 2017 along with the April 2016 storm. Both time they were great to work with. Their estimate was close to the insurance claim so I felt the price was fair. They were also very patient in getting the final payment because there was a hold up with the claimed department.

I've had a terrible experience with Action Roofing.Communication with them has been terrible throughout the process and has only gotten worse.This is my first time buying a home and my home inspector suggested that due to signs of leaking and other obvious signs of damage I should have a professional roofer come have a look.Action Roofing came out and gave me a quote. We arranged with the sellers to deduct the quoted price from the cost of the home. Once we purchased the home, we had Action Roofing do the work.About a week after the "repairs" were made, there was a rain storm and water came into the home - damaged the paint on the wall in our bathroom in two places (one of them quite large) and leaked through the ceiling in our kitchen below.I contacted the rep and he said there was no way for them to know that there was a leak. I pointed out in the home inspection (which I had provided a copy to him prior to his trip out) and I showed him what I found in the attic - where it was clear to me that water has come through.He sent someone out to seal around the pipes that stick out the top of the roof (which I was told should have been done already) and we've had several storms since and though it's less, we've still continued to get water in our home.I asked him what else could be done and he said we would have to pay him double the initial quote to get the problem properly fixed... A problem that either should have been noted by him prior to any work being done, or perhaps was caused by the work that was done by them... either way, I'm not impressed.I've tried to get the rep to come to an agreement on the repairs - I've asked him to give some concession on the cost seeing as how this was their oversight, but now, the sales rep has completely stopped responding to my emails. I was willing to pay for more work even though I feel like this should be covered by their warranty, but the cost that was quoted was way to high. I am VERY displeased with the work, lack of response, and frankly complete lack of professionalism and accountability that Action Roofing has shown in this matter.We've since had another roofing company out and they looked at what has been done and said that it would not hold up and they were not surprised that we were continuing to get water in the home. I'm likely going to have to pay another company to fix what Action Roofing was unable to fix.To make matters worse, the company that I've had out since tells me that composite roofs in San Antonio don't generally last longer than 15 years and that's the age of our roof. How is it that I NEVER heard that from Action Roofing prior to having these repairs made? I probably could have had the sellers pay for the new roof or at least a large chunk of it, but no. I made the mistake of trusting Action Roofing. Lesson learned.

Excellent company to work with. They replaced our roof after hail damage. They were patient working with the solar panel company to get solar panels removed prior to the roof replacement. They have been out twice in the couple of years since to do minor repairs.

I was referred to Action roofing from a friend who was doing roof work.I spoke to a Jake or Jacob at Action Roofing, and confirmed an appointment for one of his crew to come out at specific time to the house. The crew person never showed. I phoned Jake or Jacob back the same day and left a voicemail. He never returned my call.
