Hired this company to do a small guest bathroom. It was supposed to take 1-2 weeks but took about 3 weeks to complete. The supervisor was hardly on-site. When he was he was yelling at his crew for not showing up. It hasn't even been a year and the grout is cracking and separating tiles in the shower. They sealed the window edges with grout instead of proper silicone or water sealant. The hole that was cut in the drywall ceiling for the air duct was too big for the vent. The paint job wasn't great and had to be redone. I should've paid the extra money to have someone with a warranty do this job.

I have renovated my house with ALO General Contractor. Mr Lee and his team have a lot of experience, very successful and experienced. The quality of the job is really high, all the workers do their job really fast, clean and professional. Their pricing are reasonable as well. Every time I tried contacting them, they always answered my questions no matter when. I recommend them to everyone!

We requests a bid from Alo along with 3 on GCs on remodel work for our home that included remodeling 3 bathrooms, laying new flooring, painting, buildings patio covering, replacing cracked exterior trim, and other items that the house needed. Alo by far had the best price and over all scope for our budget. They were able to start within 2 weeks being of being selected and the entire project took 4 weeks. They did amazing work. They took out the time to work with us on the design and materials and if there were any up charges from the original quote due material selection they let us know up front prior installing. The project was very successful and we are happy with the results.Services: Install flooring, Remodeling, Home renovations, Bathroom remodeling, Flooring, General repairs

Called ALO General Contractor because I needed help to finish job started by bad company. They came right away and gave me quote and started next day. Finished job and I mean they did an outstanding job. Tape and float huge master bedroom and dining room and hallway and painted everything. Beautiful job. Only took a few days. Very Highly Recommended. Will hire again. Thank You ALO👏👍👌

Marcelo and his team were phenomenal in their dealing from the start to the end. Very professional team and I had a great experience with their work. As issues came up, Marcelo was great to communicate with me on it and discuss options. Sometimes the options needed some creativity but Marcelo always came through with great suggestions that would address the issue, but also be cost effective. He treated my home like his own and took the time to point out some minor details which could have easily been brushed over. The full team were very respectful and worked extremely hard, from morning to evening with no complaints.

We hired them for a shower remodeling. They were quick to respond, came to the site personally and gave an itemized quote the very next day. There was some wait since they are in high demand, but no too long. The job was completed in a couple days. Professional, clean execution. We are very happy with the quality of the work. If some other project comes around, we will call them again. Highly recommended!

ALO General Contractor did a fantastic job on my home remodel. Marcelo and Lee were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They offered advice on the design, accompanied me to the store to help pick out materials, and supervised their crew to ensure I was satisfied at every stage of the project. I do not recommend this company. I dont usually leave a review, let alone a negative one. I schedule my consultation with them a week in advance. They sent messages and even called me to remind me of my appointment with them throughout the week. Unfortunately, they didn't show up. No call, not even a text. I called their desk and she kept saying they must be on their way and she'll call me back. She didn't and when I called her again, she kept rejecting the call. I guess it's a blessing in disguise that they didn't show up. Why would I hire someone if they're not reliable in showing up? at least let us know if you want to reschedule. I waited 2 hours for them. I know consulation is free and they must have taken a project but please let us know out of respect.

Man, if I could, I'd put 0 stars. This guy thinks he slick. If you're going to do business with this company, make sure you have them put everything down on contract. Do not give more than 50% or even 20%. Make sure you get receipts from this guy!! Promise,you won't regret it. Cover yourself. Oscar, the owner, seems like a good person. He talks a good talk. Just a liar in disguise. Don't let this guy play you. Oh, he'll answer his phone in the beginning. Once you pay this vato, he won't answer the phone at all. Never came to the work site. Never involved. Don't know what's going on. All these fake 5-star reviews make me laugh. Have this guy show you a real work site he is doing a project on for a real customer. Those people with 5 stars reviews only reviewed this company and maybe one other thing. I review a lot of things, and when things don't go well, I make sure people know the truth. Very disrespectful to my wife. Laugh at my money. This guy doesn't know how to do business. DONT LET THIS GUY ROB YOU AND YOUR MONEY.Luckily, my wife and I have enough money to continue the work with someone who cares about the customer. Plus, I'm getting a way better price. I know God's got my back. FYI, you can be your own general contractor. You don't need a 3rd party guy coming in thinking he can overcharge you. When he's only sitting behind a desk. So if things move slowly, it's that 3 party guy. You can always pay the sub-Contractor yourself to finish the job cause money talks!Just so you know, ALO doesn't do the work. They have someone else to do the job. They pay them to do the job and give that person a cut, but they keep most of the cut for themselves. I don't understand why when they don't do the hard word. I dont know why they took all the credit for these reviews when they didn't do a thing. Why pay them?? When you could pay way less, if you take time and find the right guys!! It's funny how his little friends write reviews 😂 for this fake company. He just didn't know we had more money than he thought! My house got done with the guys he couldn't pay. Smh.... ok, you want to fix this issue. Give me back the thousands you owe us .
