My sellers knew their roof had hail damage so I advised them to get ahead of and fix the problem VS waiting for their future buyers to find it after getting an inspection done on the home. Getting ahead of the problem allowed us to get past the option period as smoothly as possible, the buyers didn’t request to renegotiate a thing! It had been about 6 months since the hail storm. Garrett Tope was in the neighborhood and offered to check out my roof. He identified the damage and within a few days, I had a new roof. Spoke to Wesley who seems to be the person who picks up the phone. He takes our information then we never hear back from anyone. I’ve called three times. If you don’t want the business just be upfront instead of wasting weeks of my time waiting. Veteran owned means nothing you guys. My husband just retired from over 20 years yet you can’t even be respectful enough to call us back. That’s really bad business.
