Brian went above and beyond helping us through every step of our claim process; ensuring that the insurance company was provided with all the documentation needed as well as making sure my rights as a policy owner were being upheld. Brian was great from the time he gave us an estimate for roof and fascia replacement to the very end. His guys were quick and thorough! Brian is honest and straightforward. I thought I needed all my fascia boards replaced and he gave the suggestion to only replace the rotted ones and those that can be repaired keep them to save costs. Other quotes I received did not offer that option. They also painted my fascia boards to match my roof. Looks amazing! Now ready to contract him to redo our front porch and paint the whole exterior . He gave some great ideas for longevity by suggesting side paneling to wrap my posts that the wood packers have eaten thru. Brian Anderson's company did a fantastic job in repairing our roof! He used a drone to take pictures of all the areas needing repair and explained what he would do to fix the problem areas. Anderson Roofing is a pleasure to do business with. I was very stressed out about the cost as my roof had a lot of problem areas and I had a leak. But the owner assured me they work with all budgets. The three workers did work very hard and did a great job replacing and painting some siding. They repaired an indent near my chimney vent, put in metal flashing and cleaned up without using my trash can. They hauled off the debris and left me the remaining paint. Once my budget allows, I will contracts them for additional work as needed. Also, the wow factor...the owner sent a thank you card to me with a magnet for my fridge! What a thoughtful touch. And he is local to our neighborhood. Neighbors helping neighbors.

I contacted Brian after hearing water drops inside the house during our latest rain. He came out and identified several problem areas. His crew was out and did customized repairs especially around the chimney which should have been done to begin with. I was happy with repairs and price.

I had Anderson Roofing come out and take care of all my concerns/questions. They replaced my roof and gave me a Rifle! This has to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They did a great job and for the price they went above and beyond the initial quote, and the price didn’t change. Highly recommended! My skylight and chimney chases were very damaged from raccoons breaking through the flimsy material and getting into our attic. I wanted someone to repair them with a more sturdy material that would solve the issue. Anderson Roofing completely rebuilt those areas with Hardie Board and replaced my skylight which was also cracked. They did a phenomenal job with the reconstruction and also repainted those areas perfectly to match the rest of the house. They were also very responsive and flexible with my schedule. North East San Antonio got lots of rain recently 3 days in a row which caused a small drip leak in our roof. Brian was able to come out within a few days to give us an inspection and quote. After inspecting our roof, Brian gave a great explanation of what he found to be the problem. We also had Brian install a new attict fan for us. We felt the price was fair and work was done well.
