Atrium Roofing is a great and honest roofing company. Right from the get-go, they found a ton of hail damage and worked with my insurance company to get it taken care of(A previous roofer didn't even mention i had hail damage). They even inspected a shed I didn't know had damage on it (insurance approved for replacement of the shed).They replaced some trimming, installed a bathroom vent that was going into the attic, and replaced a bunch of rotted boards. My roof was also upgraded to a ridge vent, and now it doesn't get as hot in the attic as it used to.They took care of business!I love the color of the roof and now have peace of mind that my 25+ year old roof has been replaced.Andres was awesome and told me exactly how the process would go. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and kept me updated.Jose worked with the insurance and was able to ensure the insurance covered as much as possible and saved me some more money! Thanks, Jose!Thank you to the whole team! They really make sure the customer comes first.

Atrium Roofing is an outstanding and exemplary company! From beginning to end, my experience and satisfaction with Atrium is so much more than I can express. Mr. Andres Gomez was my Project Manager. He is very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. He accessed my roof. He helped me with clarifying to my insurance company that the class of shingles on my roof were in fact a higher grade than what the insurance adjuster had stated. This enabled my insurance company to provide me more money towards replacement costs. Communication was great with Andres and he is always very prompt. He goes above and beyond and excels in work ethic! Atrium’s materials, quality and outstanding work crew and team are quite impressive. Andres also recommended that gutters would help with my house foundation issues. Atrium took care of replacing my roof and adding gutters.The outcome and finishing of my roof and gutters is fantastic and excellent workmanship! Our experience with Atrium has been wonderful. Jose Puente explained what was going to happen and answered all our questions with detailed knowledge. He and the entire crew were on time and there was nothing left to clean up after the work was done. The warranties were explained in detail and we had all completed copies of all paperwork before Jose left our home. Wow, there’s so much I can say but I will keep it short. I have never had to get a roof replaced on any of my homes before so this was my first time. Experiencing it with Atrium Roofing and working with Andres was great. He was always answering the phone even when I felt like I was bugging him too much. I am so pleased with Atrium Roofing and Andres Gomez in particular. I cannot say enough about Atrium Roofing and the honesty & professionalism displayed by Mr. Gomez.Having several shingles blown off of our roof recently I contacted Bondoc Roofing. They installed the roof only a few years earlier, unfortunately, I was told I had no warranty. Bondoc Roofing offered to "tarp" the exposed portion for $350.00 and do the repairs at a later date. I thought this was ridiculous and searched for other roofing companies. Atrium Roofing was consistently being recommended. It was then I contacted Atrium Roofing.Mr. Andres Gomez was scheduled to come out two days later, and he was punctual. Mr. Gomez did a complete roof inspection and proceeded to explain what my roof repair entailed. I might add Mr. Gomez found nothing else needed attention other than the area where the shingles were missing. Mr. Gomez did the repairs in a timely manner and proceeded to pack up his tools. I asked him what my cost would be when he politely replied "this repair really did not take me that long and I will not charge you anything" unbelievable. I highly recommend Atrium Roofing, ask for Mr. Gomez!

This fall I found out that racoons had been nesting under my solar panels and caused extensive damage to my roof, including a leak in my master bedroom. Insurance sent out an adjuster but was no help otherwise. Solar company took almost 2 months to get back to me with a quote for just taking down the panels. I was in a panic as we were entering a rainy season. In stepped Juan Trejo and Atrium Roofing. They took care of the solar panels and installed a brand-new, impact (and racoon) resistant roof in only a few days. Pricing was fair, materials were top of the line, but most importantly the work was done quickly and professionally. Juan answered every single question I had and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Would definitely do business with them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

A roofing company you can count on!!! From the first appointment, Juan T. made a point to get to know me. He explained things to me in detail and made me feel so comfortable in my investment on a new roof! From the appointment all the way to the follow up day, he gave me a personal phone number and answered calls and texts of any questions, concerns or just needing a conformation of delivery and start! He was professional the WHOLE time! The crew, AMAZING as well! They worked so hard all day long and completed our roof in one day!!! It was mesmerizing to watch. They have a system and it works!!! There was someone circling the house ALL day picking up scraps and picking up trash that had fallen! Jose called to set up an appointment almost as soon as I asked for a quote. He was very polite and professional. The quote was not the most expensive, but not the cheapest we got. The crew had to remove three existing layers of roof, and I was amazed at how quickly they got it done (less than a day). After they finished, the entire crew spent quite a while walking the property to make sure all debris including nails was gone.  I was very pleased with the new roof installed by Atrium for us and would recommend them to anyone.

Atrium Roofing did a phenomenal job. Mr. Jose Puente and his team were professional and punctual. Mr. Puente helped in the inspection with our insurance company, which determined our roof had several issues (hail and wind damage) had to be replaced. We coordinated with Mr. Puente in selecting the best materials due to severe weather condition in this area. We upgraded our shingles to a Class 4 (water proof & impact resistance). Also, had the gutters replaced too. Mr. Puente was able to add an additional solar fan which we needed at no cost. We coordinated with Mr. Puente on how to pay for the roof (deductible plus insurance cost) which was very reasonable. We set a date for construction and his team completed the new roof in one day and gutters the next day. This included scraping off the old roof & gutter, taking it away, putting on the new roof, and cleaning up all scraps & nails of the old roof before leaving! His team did such an excellent job of removal you would have never known, they worked on the roof. Our new roof and gutters are simply beautiful. My wife and I would highly recommend Atrium Roofing to anybody who needs their roof work done right! 5 stars!!

I worked with Andres on a very reasonably priced gutter install for a new home in April 2022. After over a year, I started noticing that the downspouts were changing colors. Two of them were also redirecting water in undesirable directions. I reached out to Andres about it, and within a few days he sent over a crew to replace every downspout in a single afternoon; no questions asked. The crew didn't leave any mess at all in the yard, and they even reconfigured all of the downspouts so that they are more efficient. They also look a lot better on the eyes. Atrium did a fantastic job replacing my roof, but it is what they did after the job was done that really stands out. The morning after the roof was completed, I woke up to find my garage floor flooded with water. I inspected the wall behind my water softener and discovered a steady drip coming down the wall from the attic. Unfortunately, the main pipe for the house ran up that wall and into the attic, curving just below the roof line. Atrium workers had no way of knowing the pipe was there, and of course, put a nail right through the pipe. To my pleasant surprise, they took full responsibility and came back out to repair the pipe! This was no easy task as the section of pipe with the nail was extremely close to the eave. No problem. They opened the roof from the outside, repaired the pipe and put the roof back like nothing had happened. Just prior to the roof being done we also replaced our A/C and furnace. The vent pipe for the furnace had been adjusted while the roof work was done, and was now touching the wood underlayment of the roof and would not pass city inspection. I called Atrium and they sent out a guy the next day. He adjusted the vent pipe and ensured the roof was still sealed strong. I appreciate everyone at Atrium and what they did every step of the way.

They provided before and after repair photos, and went above and beyond by sealing areas on the roof, painting vents that needed painting. These guys did a phenomenal job. From Blake the rep they sent out to inspect to the roofers. Had several issues with my roof and it needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly and superbly. And very important to me, they respected my property. They cleaned up everything. And Blake even came back to check and make sure not a single nail was left behind. I have dogs and don't need debri in my yard. My new roof is beautiful. The entire process was perfect. Highly recommend Atrium. A+

Atrium Roofing is the best of the best when it comes to roofing and inspection.Our insurance tried to pull a fast one on us when we called for an inspection. They claimed there was no wind or hail damage and would not cover our roofing repairs.Andres Gomez from atrium arrived like a superhero and found every issue that the insurance inspector failed to identify.Within a couple weeks atrium was already on my roof and in 2-3 days it was all taken care of.Highly recommend. And I’m an extra note, the customer service was unbelievable. Dealing with the owner, Jose Puente, directly made the service very good. Our new roof was done quickly, and by all appearances, top notch. They installed Malarkey Class 4 rated Architectural shingles.Atrium accomplished other repairs related to the April 2023 hail damage in south Texas. My sole complaint is the window screen frames were bent by the repair person and it took multiple queries and unnecessary delays in order for the replacement to happen. In the end, Jose made it right though.The gutters were replaced, and I have no complaints with the job they did. The privacy fencing was fixed and painted as well and satisfactorily done.For roof replacement, I won't hesitate to recommend Atrium Roofing. I will seek their services again if needed. Hopefully, I won't need a roofers help again though. For other repairs I will hire those who specialize in the area (e.g. privacy fences, window screens, gutters, etc.).
