They seem like a good company. Everyone that I dealt with there was pleasant and professional, but they took far too long to finish the job. They had to work with the management at our business, and granted it was not easy to do so, but had they tried a little harder to coordinate with them the job would have been done much sooner.It rained after they did their initial work and water came pouring out of the roof and through the florescent lighting fixture. Worse yet, they did not return my repeated calls for several days when I called to ask them to fix it, during which time we had more rain and more water poured into the business. When they did finally get back to me, they fixed it right away, but who knows what damage was done in the meantime.My main complaint was the lack of communication. Some of the time my contact would get back to me right away, but other times it was days before I received a response. One time it was so bad that I had to call into the main office and talk to his boss to get him to finally respond to me.In the end, they did a fine job. Overall, aside from the aforementioned lack of communication and cooperation, they were very affable and professional. I would actually recommend them, but I would recommend contacting the main office at the first sign of what I experienced with sometime long delays in communication.

Saul Espinoza came out and gave us a great description of the roof we were purchasing. He is very helping with dealing with the insurance company and extremely knowledgeable about our roofing needs. Highly recommend him as his experience is an additional credit to the outstanding company that he works for. My elder dad is a Disable Veteran and he is very courteous to answer his questions.

I’m a simple truck driver, however I managed companies at high level and worked as branch manager, department head and CEO. You may understand the level of a company by working with most vulnerable department. And it’s usually shipping and receiving. I have loaded from this company today with other 5 trucks and the loading crew were amazing and their support and cooperation, I’m not exaggerating, I haven’t seen anywhere in the USA in my last three years. I came to the wrong place, a kind Lady at the West Avenue location, advised me the road and helped to organize my late arrival. Amazing professionalism and loyalty and respect to customers, truck drivers. My load was heavier bc our truck tools are not precise so I came back and in 5 minutes David fix the problem. You may get any load from this company without thinking! That’s so simple to make a company better looking and smart and that’s very easy to make truck drivers happy. Thank you so much Beldon👏

I never realized how good Beldon roofing truly is. When walking into there office I noticed that they don't have to tell you who they are, they show you! The number of articles and awards they have showcasing their work leaves you in aww. As a rep for EquipmentShare, i see a lot of companies, but in my 25 years of selling, I have never seen a wall like there's! It's nice to know that we have a gem in San Antonio that not only talks the talk but can walk the walk!

I want to send out a big shout out to 2 great people that we had the pleasure of meeting, and working with. First, Jay Benavidez, your project consultant. He helped us build a great project with the replacement of our roof. He explained the full process, from the work, to the financing details. We so comfortable with Jay, that we decided to hire Beldon again to install a door for our house. And like the process with the roof, the door was just as simple and quick to get everything going.Next, Nick Leininger, project manager, was very explanatory in regards to what was being done, and how long it would take, with no hesitation in offering to answer any questions.I dealt with other people from other companies, and Jay and Nick, in our opinion, leave them in the dust! Great people that should be compensated for the great work they do! AWESOME work guys!

They were prompt in their response to our call , came the next day , helped us solve our problem and referred us to someone who could do the work that was required. I've had 2 other roofing companies come out over the last 15 years to repair a roof leak. It continued to leak. I called beldon and they were the only company to water test were roof was leaking. There crew came out and spent almost 7 hours replacing roof decking and flashing. Cleaned up even swept my leaves. Great job and great company
