Cj was very patient with me (I'm 86 years old) and he went out of his way to make sure that he not only kept me in the loop from start to finish, in detail, but he also made sure that I understood everything. He also went out of his way to answer any questions that I had, anytime, and I never had to worry about what and why things were happening in real time. Cj made this whole process and experience super easy and convenient for me.
