BH Roofing really are our roofing heroes! We purchased a new (to us) home, we knew going in there were leaks in and around the chimney. We called several contractors but were most impressed with Matthew and his professionalism and thoroughness in diagnosing the problem and coming up with a plan. He went onto the roof, took photos, and was able to show us exactly the problems with the roof.We required shingle repair and chimney repair. Bobby Hernandez , Alfred and the whole roofing crew did an excellent job from start to finish. First of all financing was simple with several choices. There were many shingle choices and colors to choose from. The crew came out at 0645, stripped the roof down to the rafters. By 6pm the roof was completely finished. Afterwards I had them install seamless gutters which once delivered, took maybe 2 hours to complete. Bobby was on top of any questions or issues that might have come up. Please, if you need a roof, gives these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

I had done a lot of research on shingles and how to properly install a roofing system, so I knew what product I wanted when replacing my shingles and gutters. I also knew when replacing my roof system the most important consideration was the selection of a reputable roofing company. To help me in this selection process I used Directorii.com, which lead me to select BH Roofing. I could not be more pleased with the final product and with my selection of BH Roofing. My primary contact with BH Roofing was Matthew and he was able to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. On the day of installation 10 workmen arrived and immediately got to work laying tarps around my house to protect my shrubs and air conditioning unit and then proceeded to tear-off the old shingles and underlayment. They then proceeded to install a proper roofing system that will protect my home for years to come and completed this entire process in one day. Then on day two BH Roofing returned to install a new gutter system. I chose to match my shingle color on the gutters and matched the downspouts to my home color. It looks beautiful! I highly recommend BH Roofing for any roofing needs. Less than two weeks from quote to install! I was thoroughly impressed with Matt's attention to detail during our initial meeting and quote process. He really knew what he was talking about with drainage and esthetics, and by the end I was completely comfortable moving forward with our purchase. And installation only took a couple of hours! I just wanted to vouch for their honesty. Alfred came out and inspected my roof after a hail storm and said there were only 5 hits and that he doubted that was enough for the insurance company to cover it. And he said I’d be okay not to replace it! It’s not everyday that a company says you don’t really need their service at this time. But you can bet I’ll call them again next time. So long story short. I was in my attic at night doing maintenance on my ac unit. When i noticed some dripping coming from the roof. (It was raining outside) . Ohhh nooo. So I started panicking because small leaks can lead to big problems. So I remembered seeing a random post from BH roofing online promoting their detailed roof inspections. But I was hesitant to reaching out late at night because certain companies are just 9-5 and could care less about a random person inquiring about an inspection. So I said let me at least ask. And after a few minutes Johnny from BH roofing was already scheduling the Inspection for the very next Morning! Boy was I impressed. After an extensive Inspection, up and down their ladders, Crawling around a HOT attic. Not to mention a Thunderstorm just a couple hundred yards away. They were still up there doing their Inspection. They pinpointed what needed to be repaired! And before you know it they were scheduling my repair. Their Quote was unbeatable. They had detailed information of their process start to finish with pictures!! When repair day came. Everything was done Perfectly and without making ANY MESS. Treating my home like it was their own! The communication from Johnny was Something out of this world. He answered every single question i had and provided all the photos of the repair job as it went. I had a roof leak from a previous solar installation and BH Roofing were quick to respond to my request for consultation. They came and diagnosed the issue spot on and gave recommendations for repair. Be it due to my solar installation, it was recommended that company come fix the problem and if they couldn't then BH Roofing would be available. They have even followed up to ensure the solar company is resolving the issue. I would recommend this company and their service based on their customer service alone at this point.

I had a great experience with BH roofing. Matt super informative prior to me making a claim and answered any and all questions I had regarding the process. They were very responsive and were able to set up a day to start work which was a few days later. They came out and started work and had the work (3/4 of my roof) done in a day and a few hours! Five stars! I was skeptical about hiring someone to do something I could have procrastinated a year or so to do, but then my wife won that. I'm really glad we went with BH. They came out and got measurements, then sent us various quotes within days. They scheduled the install on our time, which happened to be a weekend. Installation was quoted for half the day, but it only took them a few hours to do BOTH floors of our home.It has already rained a few times since then and we really do love them. No leaks anywhere and they color-matched out paint, perfectly!And no, they did not take us for all our money. They were fair priced and even let us go an purchase those blocks elsewhere if we wanted.Thanks guys!
