Contracted Bondoc for a complete metal roof replacement ($85k job). From start to finish they were extremely professional. We did have some hiccups during the process (if you have ever dealt with a roofing crew then you know that they aren’t always the cleanest). However, the team at Bondoc made everything right from keeping my pool clean from roofing debris to ensuring my home was in better condition than when they started. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable roofing company. They will be here in 20 years if you have a roof issue, the cheap fly by night storm hunting bidder probably won’t. Go with the company that stands by their work and has the longevity to back it up.Update 19 Oct 23: the hang ups we had with my project have gone unresolved for going on 2+months. Original start date for this roof replacement was 4 Jun. We are now in October so imagine my frustration.One of the crews that did work on my roof did significant surface damage to one of my decks (the crew dragged a ladder along my railing and deck boards). Bondoc came out afterwards (the crew didn’t report the damage) and agreed they were at fault and would fix. I can’t say if they are just too busy or I’m low on the priority list…but between getting the supplies ordered (1 month delay for specific boards) I can’t get a crew out to my house to do the work. I’ve had supplies sitting on my driveway for 2 weeks and the guy who delivered them said he’d be back to start work within days. There are some great folks at Bondoc but I don’t feel the same about their work crews. Previously had a worker intentionally kick debris into my pool (on camera), lots of trash left on property where I had to call the foreman to have them come back and clean up obvious debris/trash.I can’t in good conscience leave a 5 star review with the amount of issues we ran into. I think it boils down to their crew leads and they just don’t seem to care about the company reputation the way the sales and front office do. Would I do business with them again? After doing considerable research on roofers' in San Antonio (and there are a "ton"), I selected Bondoc Roofing to replace my roof, based on the great feedback of previous customers. When I contacted Bondoc, they were quick to set up a time to meet with me. My house consists of 3 separate roofs so it was unique, but Josh, the sales person, did a great job of assessing what it was going to take and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Given the uniqueness of the roof(s) it was going to take 3 days. Their crew were great--showed up early and worked until dark. They were wonderful about cleaning up after themselves. Vanna, the Director of Production and Andy, the onsite manager were constantly checking on the work as it progressed. They were fantastic with their communication and kept us informed of what was being done and how the progress was going. Once the job was complete, Andy came and did follow up checks for more than a week to make sure all was OK. When we found a couple of issues that needed more work, they came back promptly and did it. I can not stress enough how the Bondoc folks were able to make what could have been a very stressful situation considerably less stressful. Their communication back to us to keep us in the loop as the work was going on was greatly appreciated. Thank you Josh, Vanna and Andy and all those involved with our project. We are definitely recommending you to all our friends and neighbors.

I must admit that I was nervous about hiring a roofer, but Bondoc's attention to detail was absolutely brilliant! From beginning with Kylie taking the lead to make sure we receive exactly what my husband and I envision, to end with Their accommodating and hard working crew lead by Andy keeping our yard, deck and pool clean in the process which was completed before sundown. Developed a small roof leak we spotted during a routine A/C service. This was after an EXTREME rain event at our house just outside of Boerne. We called Bondoc because we had a great experience with them after a builder (D.R. Horton) roofing boo-boo (no flashing installed in a dead valley of the roof) required a pretty substantial repair. This time Stephen from Bondoc arrived ahead of schedule (wow) and inspected the roof from the attic and outside. He found and fixed a tilted vent cover (probably dislodged from the previous extreme wind and rain event). He fixed it...and very professionally explained what had happened. Nice to know that there are companies out there who are this professional and helpful. We'll be back for any future roof "issue."

Bondoc Roofing to the rescue, again! We had a problem with our dryer. It was displaying a clogged duct error message. None of the duct cleaners were able to fix the problem. While this issue is not normally in their wheelhouse, Stephen Barron examined the vent cover and found a mat of lint clogging the vent. He fixed the problem by removing the screen on the vent. Not only did he solve the problem, he educated us.

Quality of work is poor ( 3 different times , 3 different crews attempted to service my roof in a 2 week span. The services Requested, identified by video , photos and verbal descriptions were missed the first 2 times.Communication skills Bondoc Roofing have demonstrated to me is unprofessional , unacceptable and disrespectful.I have spoken with several members of the Bondoc Roofing company.Butch - unreliable and untrustworthy- scheduled appointments that were call no show appointments. Did not follow through with my concerns about my roofing services being disorganized and directions not being followed by the roofers.Stephanie - contacted and told me that they were sending out the wrong information about my roofing inspection not being completed and I was delinquent on my inspection.Vanna - verbal communication regarding my request for the inspection to be done regarding the services that were conducted with erroneous skill and unreliable communication on my roof was ignored and the appointment was not honored by Bondoc , another no call no show …Unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable, and disrespectful of the time wasted by numerous appointments being ignoredBondoc Roofing , I am canceling my enrollment in The Overhead Care Club,No call still as of this review regarding my appointments that were missed

Though the roofing project was eventually completed, I was disappointed with a number of factors. First and foremost, once the project started there was very little communication between myself and project manager; for instance, calls were left unanswered and returned. I had to make multiple attempts to reach someone; Second, appointments were cancelled without notice. I was verbally informed that workers would show up on certain days and no one showed up; this occurred on two occasions. I felt like someone dropped the ball somewhere; Third, I received a final invoice for a project that was incomplete; I had to reach out to inform the office that I was not going to make final payment until project was completed. Finally, there was NO final walk through like I was promised. I understand that things happen; however, there were too many incidents that could have been dealt with differently!
