I had issues with my mom’s roof leaking recently and I called Cloud Roofing to ask for their advice on what to do. Melinda and Caleb we're both very helpful and empathetic to everyone in my family. They gave me a very fair price and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They sent a crew out the next day and our roof was fixed before the rain came that night. They cleaned up all their mess before they left and did a couple things that weren't in the original plan, just to help my mother out. Cloud replaced my roof after hail damage a few years ago. There was an issue with the flashing near the entryway that caused water to run down the brick veneer next to the front door. It has taken a couple of attempts to get it fixed properly but I think that Caleb and Tobin were able to fix it this time. I won't know for sure until it rains, but I have to say I appreciate them being responsive to my calls and concerns and taking the time to get it right. I felt like Caleb wanted it fixed correctly as much as I did. We recently used Cloud for the second time in 2 years for a total roof replacement due to hail damage. They are wonderful to work with from start to finish. Cloud replaced my roof in 2017. You can not beat their 10 year warranty with free annual inspections. A simple email to Melinda and my annual inspection was scheduled. Tobin call before he came, made contact when he arrived and completed the inspection. Both Melinda and Tobin are the ultimate professionals. This was the first time that we have had to have our roof replaced. After getting estimates from several different companies, we decided to go with Cloud Roofing and we are so glad we did. They arrived when they said they would and when they were done, you would never have known that they had been there. The work crew did such a wonderful job with both the roof and clean up. They even sent an inspector out to check the work once it was done. Our insurance company was also impressed with the estimate we were given as it came in under our insurance estimate. Cloud Roofing was phenomenal in helping me work through an issue with defective shingles on one of my rental properties. I called to get a quote for a roof replacement after hail damage. My insurance wrote me a check for the repairs. Cloud roofing was not interested in giving be a bid for a roof replacement unless I shared the details of my insurance claim and the amount that was paid out to me.

They helped with the insurance deductible and made it very affordable. The workers knocked out my roof in one day. Cloud has now put on four roofs for me and my family, and we've never had any problems with any of them. I've dealt directly with Caleb and his father, Ken, and have been completely satisfied with the work the company has done. After the hail storm in late April, I began checking for reputable roofing companies, and fortunately there are a number of them. I called Cloud Roofing and asked for an appointment for an estimate. They were very upfront about the delay of several days to schedule the appointment because of the huge number of people needing roof repairs after the storm. They got back to me in a few days and scheduled the appointment. Rachel Cloud came on time for the appointment, gave me a written estimate of the work needed to replace my roof. She was very knowledgeable about the insurance process as well. She gave me a projected time for the work to be done, which would be several weeks away again because of the large number of people needing work done. Cloud called in about half the estimated time to say they could begin the work. The crew who came were on time, and worked quickly. They took every precaution to get the old roof materials into their dumpster and left no trash behind. After the new roof was completed, I looked out on my deck and not only was the roofing material removed, but they had swept my entire deck, including the leaves! Everything was cleaned up as promised. My roof looks great and after the rain yesterday, there are no leaks! I am extremely pleased with the people and the work done. I will call them again for roof work and recommend them to my neighbors.

Had issues with the quality of work done by the Cloud Roofing crew hired to install roof. The owner, Ken Cloud, did contact me and visited my home but all he did was make excuses and yell at me. He said that customer satisfaction is not his responsibility. You would be wise to go with another company as his integrity and basic customer service skills are lacking. Due to my customer experience, one star is one too many.

Rachel did a great job of coordinating our project and went out of her way to meet with us several times and provide roofing samples to be sure we would be happy with our selection. The crew from Cloud Roofing nearly finished our roof in one day. They returned a day later to complete the house roof and replace the roof on our storage shed. They were very professional and did a great job. We chose TruDefinition Duration Shingles in Teak and were extremely pleased with how well it goes with the color of the brick and trim on our home. Damage to my roof during inclement weather last week. Called Cloud roofing since I had my entire roof replaced on two prior occasions. The Cloud inspector assigned, a Mr Noriega was assigned to my project. An appointment for inspection was made and I suggested that he was unable to show to let me know so I would be present. He messaged me and related he had come and inspected before the agreed time and then sent me and estimate via email. Messaged him and related that I preferred speaking to him personally before I proceeded. He advised me that he would try to make it. It's now one hour after the agreed time....no show or call. Not professional at all lacking customer courtesy therefore I am going to another roofing company. Hopefully, he is not representative of Cloud service, but do not trust Cloud as a result. Cloud is deserving of their poor ratings because of representatives such as this!

Disappointed! More than a year ago Cloud Roofing replaced my roof after a hail storm and did a wonderful job, so when a wind event caused the top half of a tree to fall on and damage the roof, of course I called them to repair the damage. I had to wait longer than I might have by calling someone else, but I thought it would be worth it because, after all, I believed they would have access to the right shingles and they had done a great job on the roof replacement. First, language difficulties made it challenging to communicate with the repair crew, but I thought it would be ok. After the work was done I got on the roof to take a look - the new shingles were not even close to the existing shingles - wrong color, wrong dimension, lesser quality. I called immediately and the young woman answering the phone asked for a moment to check the records and saw the problem immediately - even the wrong manufacturer. The guy who initially wrote up the job, wrote down the wrong shingles - mistakes happen, but the crew who did the repair surely saw the problem - why did they not report the problem (or perhaps they did and no one listened/chose to correct it). They did come to fix it right within a few days, but it reminds me of an old saying - “If you don’t have time to do it right, how are you going to have time to do it over?” I guess they never expected me to inspect the repair, meanwhile it would have diminished the value of my house!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair

Cloud has been fantastic to work with. A year ago I had a new roof put on by them. This year I had a minor leak coming in through the kitchen. Cloud had someone out to evaluate and repair very quickly. Additionally, they had a painter come out and return my ceiling to its original state. Nobody wants a roof leak, especially with a brand new roof, but Cloud made everything as painless as possible and stood firmly behind their work. I highly recommend them.
