Coast to Coast team was great. Brad (the salesman) was on top of it and gave me a great price/quote. The install team very efficient and my gosh even installed my windows in 10 degree weather.I would certainly recommend this company.

Robin and Matthew were excellent, they came out and gave us a quote to install gutters. We paid half down and the other half on the day of installation.We found out our warranty was going to install the gutters for us at no cost so we ended up cancelling our order with them.Still, would definitely recommend them to anyone in the San Antonio area. We are going to do windows in the future through them as well! Thank youXo

*I'm Disappointed with the representative that showed up to my house*Coast to Coast was One of Three showing up to My House to get Quotes for windows on My Home, from the moment He entered my home i knew there was going to be serious issues.#1. Your Representative Reeked of freshly Smoked Skunky Weed while wearing a "Marked" untucked Shirt while Driving a Company Vehicle#2.did Zero Attempt at Measuring any of My Windows inside or out#3. did Zero inspections of the state of the Lumber supporting the existing Windows.#4. Was impatient and in a severe hurry to get out of My House. ( less than 15 minutes in My Home).#5. his level of Disrespect was evident, was very condescending and didn't stick around for any Questions from the Home Owner (Me).Now granted, this would all be hearsay if there wasn't a witness, but there was, a representative from Power HRG Windows was here while your representative showed up, who had done the Inspection inside and outside My House, this Gentlemen was more than happy to give your Representative all the Measurements and status of the inspections HE did that Your Representative didn't, was handed a card with 2 quotes of $5500 and $5800 and He left quickly, by the time he reached his Vehicle, I had thrown that card with your company name on it in the trash, you can pretty much guarantee i will not be utilizing your Company.*UPDATE*After Speaking with Summer, a Representative from Coast to Coast Exteriors in Indiana, the Representative whom showed up to My Home has been dealt with, she profusely apologized like 30 Times and the status of this situation has been Remedied, I will entertain a possibility of giving them a second chance and we will see, but if another individual like the last shows up then the matter will be closed and i will not consider them.
