I was referred to this company by a friend of mine who knew I was looking for someone to repair my roof due to hail damage. I called and they were quick to come out to show me the different types of shingles. Roger was extremely knowledgeable of the products and did not try to push extras on me for unnecessary work. His recommendation as to what color of shingles was spot on. Work was prompt and without any issues. They found a couple of other minor issues and repaired them as well. His crew never bothered us and the clean up was excellent. Nothing bad to say, just great work all around. I would strongly recommend this company.

I was having a hard time with my home insurance covering hail damage to my roof and the sidings of my home. Roger, took detailed photos of the hail damage on my home, and he submitted them to my home insurance. Because of his photos my insurance covered all of the hail damage to my house. I had a great experience with this company. They were able to fix the entire roof for a reasonable price and brought out extra crews to fix it within one day because of the situation we had. It was a very stressful situation that we were in and he helped smooth everything out. This was also the time when there were companies that would take money upfront and never come back. He was very honest with me and my husband from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend Roger to anyone if they need a new roof. We are still currently using him to fix our sliding door now. I have done business with Concept Windows, Siding & Roofing since 2016. I had hail damage to chimney, window siding and my roof and the owner personally came out to quote the siding and roof repair and made the suggestion to replace the aluminum siding with Hardi-plank siding for a slight up-charge. He went the extra mile to get this done for a reasonable price and even painted it as well with my house color paint I provided. My roof was done in a day and one-half and even though it looked like rain, they made sure that the roof was protected overnight. I am a real estate broker and have recommended this company to all the clients that have had a need for these services. All the feedback was great. I have also recommended to my family members and they have been very satisfied as well.

Everything about working with this company for my roof repair was above and beyond my expectations. Mr. Cobos and his employees are professional, responsive, courteous and more than that they are experts at what they do. I had a roof leak and was very scared to get quotes because the first company my insurance company sent out couldn’t find wind or storm damage — I was afraid of being quoted a huge price. But this company was able to find the leak, replace the damaged area, and take care of a few other maintenance spots too and it was something I could afford. No more leaks! The company performed a roof replacement on my rental property along with fascia board replacement due to a hail storm. The tradesman were very respectful, knowledgeable and did a professional job and cleanup. They identified other issues that were present and provided quotes prior to performing any of the work.
