They were nice but declined to order what we needed and wanted. They tried to sell us what they already had in stock. If I'm paying thousands of dollars for a product, I want to choose what I'm buying. Not given the option of ones I don't like.

No customer service, let me rephrase that...no good customer service whatsoever! Little lady is also so rude. She didn't even greet us even though we were the first and only customers there this morning. Plain rude.
