Had some damage on my roof by high winds. Mr. Ellis showed up to make an inspection and gave me a free estimate for the repairs. He came back the next day and did the repairs in less than an hour, even he fixed another area of the roof that was not in the work order without charging me extra. He clean all the debris and left the area clean. Thanks for your good work Mr. Ellis.

I was in a bind with my home insurance and after some negotiating I needed a roofing contract secured within 24 hours and repairs done within 30 days. Joel and his guys secured the contract to keep my policy active asap, then did the work within the next week and it all came out cheaper than expected. all on top of that I had direct contact with Joel as needed. great service, great work, nothing bad to say at all.

Don't waste your time like they wasted mine. Rick pulled a no call/ no show on the day we were supposed to sign the contract after rescheduling twice and he still actually never provided an explanation. Would've given 2 stars for the estimate, but he showed up outside the scheduled time on that too. Should've taken that as a sign they're not into good business practices. Keep calling around and go elsewhere.

Will they honor their warranty! We have a 10 year warranty. We paid for a 30 year roof in 2010 and the roof is already leaking. Placed a call and was told to send copies of the warranty and the insurance assessment. Did so the same day. No acknowledgement of receipt of the documents. I called back to verify receipt of the documents and was advised he received the documents. He also advised he would call back to let me know when he was coming out. NO CALL!! Placed another call this morning and got an answering machine. The message said there would be a call back in 10 minutes. NO CALL!!I think the trend here is he will install your roof but NOT honor the warranty. I guess the remedy to this is we are going to come out of pocket to fix the roof and file a lawsuit to recover what we had to spend because the warranty was not honored and the proper materials weren’t used to seal the roof around the chimney.

I e-mailed into the company and attached an inspection report that needed some roof repair. I followed up with a phone call later in the day. After a few hours I get a call from a lady in the office tht tells me the boss will give me a call. NO call. The next day I call again and leave a message. Hours later I get a call and the same lady tells me I will get a call. I ask her when? She repeats herself and says he will call. NO call. This was a time sensitive situation as we had to get an answer for the buyer wanting to buy the house. There voice message always says they will call back in 10 minutes. That's a lie!
