We had a great experience replacing our roof with ERS. Scott was thorough, explained everything, and let my 5 y/o watch him launch the drone and review the footage. Everything went smooth including the quoting process, material delivery, and especially the installation. The install crew was careful to capture all debris (including all the nails) that came off my roof with tarps and magnet sweeps. All vents were painted the same color as the roof. And, they only used top quality products. I've already told friends of mine about the service we received, and I can't recommend ERS enough for the new roof.

We had Elite Roofing Solutions come out and repair a section of our roof that was leaking. It has now been almost 2 years and we are having the same leaking problem. They say that they are not standing by the work and will not fix unless they charge us all over again. We paid a hefty amount to fix this leak only to have it back. Very disappointed in their quality of work and response to the leak. Took multiple calls and waiting a week for them to tell us they would not warranty their work. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

Elite roofing gave us a very quick inspection and submitted our claim for us to the the insurance company. They were very quick in responding once repairs were approved, and did the roof work in 1 day! We did run into a few small issues, some were fixed quick, amd others were quickly addressed by the owner amd corrected. First, I'm just a simple man that works hard and takes care of his wife that is not able to work due to her illness. Which means that I need some help sometimes but need the right help. I had a leak on my roof and called five companies to come out and give me a price and let me know why it is leaking. Had them out to the house in two to three days. One gave me a price without getting on my roof on repair of four vents. Very high price. The other came out after Elite and gave me a price to repair 10 vents for a three year warranty. They used a drone to look at my roof and even showed me a house that they did for someone that plays on the Spurs. Their house roof looked like a huge church, nothing like mine. Even higher price then the first and was not going to use metal vents and water and ice sealing sheets like Elite. Plastic vents and caulk. Briana came out and got on my roof. Gave me a price and showed me the metal vents that they would use and the sealing sheets. Stephen(area manager) came out the next day and did the repair. Double checked all my vents and fixed the ones that needed fixed. All the vents that the other companies wanted to repair did not need any repair and are looking great. The right part fixed, the right repair that will last longer then the roof and the right price. Treated right from the start to the end. You can not ask for anything more. Any repairs or new roof that I might need I will call Elite and I hope Briana and Stephen are still there. They were very nice and knew what they were talking about. Pleased with the roof replacement job took 3 days but was done correctly by a gentleman named Bryan if you want ur roof done make sure he's the one that does the work gave four stars fo to the fact that there was some cleanup issues little bits of trash and a pallet left behind and the fact that I had to call 3 times to get it picked up finally got cleared up though overall happy with the job that was doneService: Roof installation
